If you go during the day, the service is OK. However, if you go anytime after 3:00 pm, you might as well drive the 20 minutes to Blanchard sonic, because it’s going to take them 45 minutes to get you your food anyway. Don’t waste your time.

Sat outside for 30 minutes while a few workers walked passed my car didn’t ask if I was waiting for food or anything I order online so I could pull in and pull out. Finally one guy came to me and asked me if I was waiting for an order and brung it to me. Didn’t get his name. But great guy.

I swear it every single time I order drinks here, they always get it wrong. And this time it’s even worse because the whole staff was spending their time outside socializing and I had to wait forever for my drink. And they STILL got my drinks wrong. How hard is it to pour a drink?

Recently went to Sonic in Vivian La. While waiting after pushing the red button, listened to 3 songs with the volume low on the radio. Not once did someone answer when pushing more than twice. Was disgusted and left with the workers just hanging out. Went to Walmart next door, picked up food to heat up in a microwave and had better service.

I came up and I have been sitting in the parking lot for over 40 minutes now all I ordered was two drinks off of the app and then they told me they were short staffed, but there were five workers sitting outside at the front just smoking cigarettes and then when I beeped the button again to say hey, I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes She said OK and literally just hung up on the thing didn’t even tell me she was coming or anything. Horrible do not recommend. I hope they find better employees.

To expensive for the quality of food and the fries suck. And the chicken strips have changed sonic truly is horrible so sad to see. Nothing has changed poor service poor quality of food.

It’s Sonic lol. The food is good, love the deals. The service is okay. Most of the time I order ahead on the app and pull up and have no issues. Most of the staff at this location is friendly and courteous! Not a lot of food options in Vivian, so they stay busy!
