Was given a limeade where the Sprite had run out. Told them and instead of replacing the sprite they offered different drinks. I asked for lemonades. She refused! Said it must be a soft drink! I said “then refund the drinks and we’ll keep the food”. Refused again! Said I must return the food for a refund. Gave them the food, but they cannot refund. So they kept the food, drinks, and money!! I Have to call corporate customer service. Good grief, Girl! All you had to do was bring lemonade! ♂️ ♂️ ♂️

Wasn’t so great this time. I order online confirm my stall for pickup it took ten mind to get order. And it was only one other vehicle there in the drive thru. Once the car hop bought out my order my blast had melted. My burger was cold with cheese and I don’t eat cheese and I had that in my order. I didn’t say nothing because I was trying to get back to work. But oh well that it for me eating out. This location have always been the best but Today wasn’t a good day. I ask for extra mayonnaise packs. And the two she gave me had something nasty on them. When I told her they was dirty she rug them on the side of her pant leg. Then tried to give me two more packs. But at this point I was over it. With kindness I thank her and left.

First of all don’t come to this location unless you have 50 minutes to spare. The guy messed up my order I said hey my burger was suppose to have cheese on it. The waitress goes in never comes back. I push the red button wait an additional 20 minutes. Then they bring me out a cold slice of cheese

Love our local sonic. Have i had issues before, yes, but management was able to quickly restore the customer service experience that seems to be missing in many people in the service related industries. Never big problems ,I have a big family which makes big orders so to be short a fry or wrong drink once in a blue moon I believe is outstanding!

Summer’s trouble with the Sonic and Stonewall look One time I went and got a burger they didn’t put no meat on it I go get a supersonic breakfast burrito damn put on meat on it My husband got a unlimited meat burrito and then put no meat on it we take it back and they redo it and I had five pieces of the
meat and he only had a couple pieces of bacon . So if you hungry I wouldn’t advised to stop there I can find another Sonic

Its hit or miss if you get your correct order. Have waited 20-25 min for just a drink order. While other people coming in after us get bigger orders.
