Pulled up in the drive thru the lights were off on the screen so I really couldn’t place an order.
My cousin then drove up to one of the stalls so that I could see a little bit better. I could not wait to order my favorite breakfast sandwich.
Well I was jn stall #19 and Kaylin greeted me with such an unpleasant attitude.
She reminded me of Tyler Perry’s movie Big happy Family lol. The scene when Madea wanted a sausage and biscuit sandwich, that girl made Madea so mad that she drove through the whole store. All I could picture Kalin saying was Byronnnnnnnnnnnn while shaking her whole body.
Okay all joke aside my cousin was cracking jokes on the rudeness and I asked her not to do that because my order was at stake .
I was definitely right. OMG Sonic yall are a hot mess or at least the staff when I reached the room I could not wait to eat, once I took a bite one of the staff shook a pile of salt all over my eggs. I was pissed, so I called and asked to speak with the manager and Kalin acted as if she did not want to put her on the phone.
One minute after repeating myself Lakeyla the manager then came to the phone. I told her the situation and she responded that they are not even supposed to use salt on the sandwiches and that she would be happy to give me another sandwich. THIS WAS DEFINITELY DONE ON PURPOSE.
My sandwich was salty and my tots had cheap melted cheese on top. Neither selection was not at all pleasant to eat. I’m scared to get another sandwich, maybe the next time would be the floor special. Keep that $12.63 as a tip to gain better customer service. I’d take this one star back if I could, yall robbed me of my money and my star for this review.

So I used the app to order. I ordered a Route 44 grape slush with extra lemons which cost 1.00 extra. I love lemons and kept trying to find them. I get to the bottom and found two 1.5 inch lemon pieces. I was so frustrated because I didn’t just order lemons but extra lemons.

The app gave a choice of lemonade but did not have strawberries as an option. This has been a choice since YEARS & YEARS ago. So we ordered the lemonade and ask at the window if they could put some strawberries in it. She said she couldn’t because it was not on the order. We proceeded to tell her it was not an option. She was hollering at my husband and I was on the phone and could hear her hollering.

WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO? No respect for people any more. What happened to the customer is always right. This is horrible service. No need to holler at an elderly man. This company needs to be looked into and the owner or manager needs to have a talk with their employees. This is uncalled for. I stopped coming to this place a while back over sorry service so this is not the first time. Learn how to treat customers. It would have just been a charge of 50 cents or 1.00. FIX THE APP FOR GOODNESS SAKE! As for the questions. I don’t recommend any one to this disrespectful place. It’s also high as a cats back. You can honestly go out and eat at a nice restaurant for what Sonic cost.
