Ordered pickup through the Sonic app that said the Arcadia La location opened at 6am. I even Googled the hours for this location and it said 6am as well. After arriving to pick up my order that the app said would be ready by 6:21am, only to find the location closed. I waited until someone got there at 6:30am only to be informed that this location opens at 7am. I’m not sure why the hours are incorrect, but they are!! I would have left, but I had paid by credit card through the Sonic app!!!!

I was driving thru and stopped for a quick dinner. It was far from quick, it took a while for the food to come out and I even ordered it before I got there on the app. The food runner was super nice she came out to tell me they had no ice and couldn’t make my strawberry limeade. She gave me a blast instead I was happy. If it hadn’t been for the 15 minute wait on my food and that my food came out cold it would have been an ok place. Just please clean the outside it was filthy.

We arrived at this location and tried to order a slush but the slush machine was broken. So, we ordered cherry lime aids and they said they were out of sprite. They didn’t have anything available or they just didn’t want to come out in the 99 degree weather and stay in the air conditioning instead of serving us. We left without service. Sad, we have always enjoyed Sonic but more and more we find the service and quality has gone down. I expect the company will go out of business soon.

Where’s the accountability? If the point of the app is to carry you through every step of the way, and I am still sitting here 30 minutes after they have cleared out my order, then how is Sonic being held accountable for bad customer service? The timers are there for accountability. Sonics receive awards for getting customers in and out but when they are clearing the orders way before delivering them, then they are liars. Below is a picture of my food….oh wait, it’s still not here.

I’m from Texas. I love Sonic ice cream. But this specific location obviously doesn’t care about lazy workers. Ordered one mini blizzard and they give me a shake after leaving it on the counter for however long. If I wanted a five dollar shake I’d have asked for one at a whataburger. I don’t like shakes.

Ordered 1 Sausage egg & cheese & 1 Beacon, egg & cheese Burrito. Whe finely received order neither had cheese called them back out at first she tried to tell me there was cheese on them. I told her there was no cheese because I had to open 1 up to see which burrito was which they did not mark them.
She took it back then returned & said they out of cheese that Manager had gone to get some.
Then I asked for refund & it still took 2 trips with her to finely get refund. Also my wife had already stop going to Sonic in Arcadia when they replaced the Sonic ice.

I used to love going to this location for food but over the last several months the service and food has gotten worse! My orders are constantly wrong (I always order on the app so no excuse for not hearing me) and the service is extremely slow. Just ordered a mini shake only to get a melted pile of WARM ice cream in a cup. When I asked them to remake it, they said that’s the best they could do because their machine was not working right?? Do better Sonic!

Absolutely rude service, incorrect orders, and had to wait 30-minutes before being told “oh we’re out of ice, I meant to come and tell you”. Refused to give a refund also, avoid this location!!!!
