By far my worst experience at any Sonic. I’ve never had a croissant bite, but somehow I knew instantly that’s not what it’s supposed to be. The center was still uncooked dough. My soft pretzel was shriveled up and sad. The Sprite zero with green apple flavor only had green apple color. The flavor was barely ha. there. Atp I’m a lil concerned about eating the chili cheese fries, but I couldn’t finish the other stuff so I’m starving. I’m mad cause I tipped too. Let me get my three dollars back thanks

No problem with the employees themselves.
The owner does allow a military discount and also does not honor the boy scout discount cards for the baton rouge area.
They should feel ashamed of themselves for not supporting either cause and I will no longer be coming to this location.
The sonic on Coursey blvd accepts both discounts as they are a different franchise.

First of all when I got there, a hopper was wearing a Cookies Dispensary shirt, not in uniform. The boy taking my order (who seemed to NOT be trained) started ringing things up on my order that I did not ask for like “add cheese” on the jr. hamburger—which doesn’t come with cheese. Not once did he ask for my drinks and assumed I wanted tots with my meals, and I’m watching this from the screen. When I corrected him he said, “Well, you didn’t say that”, and started laughing. This is unprofessional and just trifling. Instead of following my gut and walking into the restaurant to cause a scene, I rolled up my window and drove away. It’s 2026, teach these KIDS how to give customer service before another ignorant person comes along and makes him regret his decisions!

Came to this location 10/8/25 between 8:30 p.m-8:41pm…my burgers (sonic cheese burgers) were missing salad and tomatoes. If they were out of stock, the staff did a poor job of informing us of it. my wife picked our food up at the front stall under patio by the front doors! The manager of this location would be highly upset because she runs her store the correct way!

The last 3 times I’ve been I’ve asked for a footlong chilli cheese coney, and all 3 times I’ve gotten a footlong American, even when I’ve said a chili cheese cone. They need to learn to listen. Super nice people though

My LARGE tot was embarrassingly not full… (see picture, this is exactly how many they gave me, none in the bag and non in my belly)
Same with the trick or treat. Wasnt full but alot fuller than the tots. They didnt even give me a straw or spoon. I waited 6-7minutes for them to bring me one and got tired of waiting with my 1yr old crying in the back.

Will not be back to this one. The bun was so old and stale I’m surprised it didn’t have mold on it, and my Dr pepper tasted like straight carbonated water. Very disappointed bc usually I can depend on sonic to provide hot fresh food on the go.

It was already bad enough that I hit the button and was sitting in the stall for 30 minutes and nobody tell me that it’s broken so I finally moved to another stall where I find out that it was broken and they came to me immediately I ordered my child, a chicken, tender, kids meal and it was hard as a brick like it’s been sitting there all day. He couldn’t even eat his dinner I had to give him mine!!
