Sonic offers a decent fast food experience, but it falls short of greatness. The diverse menu and carhop service are pluses, but inconsistent food quality and slow service can be frustrating. Good for a quick bite, but not my top choice. Love their ultimate meat and cheese burrito though.

Look I know sonic it having a bit of a hard time with supplies; but this is the 3rd time I have gone to a sonic, ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito and not gotten tots in it… that’s the whole point of me getting “ultimate”. It is never mentioned to me and my bill is never adjusted. I’m tired of paying more for a basic burrito… like I could’ve just paid less and gotten the same thing…

They do not answer their phone at night! I asked the car hop was my shake a strawberry cheese cake and she wasn’t sure . I know that the strawberry cheesecake shake is garnish with gram cracker crumbs , whip and cherry. She took it inside and said she will go confirm to make sure it’s a strawberry cheesecake shake .She came back and told me it was . However I got home and tasted it and it taste like they just threw the cheesecake syrup on top and didn’t mix it in . It’s awful!!!

Food was TERRIBLE. tenders seemed like they were undercooked but had freezer burn before being dropped. Tots were stale. Bread was burned. Just terrible. Won’t be back. Sonic is going downhill so bad.

Listen man, I’ve worked minimum wage foodservice before so I get it, but they were really taking “I don’t want to be here” to a new level tonight. I ordered a couple combos, and ended up not receiving one of the sandwiches in my bag. Didn’t realize till I got home so I went back. I hit the red button, nobody answered, finally a carhop asked if we had been helped, I said no but explained the situation, he said okay and then another girl came to the car and tried to insist she packed it herself and it was in there. It wasn’t, lol, so she said “okay” and kind of walked away, and the last we saw of anyone was a carhop about 10 minutes later who handed me a bag and ran away without a word. Like ???? okay thanks I guess. Have a good night

Waited 15 minutes for an order ahead items. Forgot my drink when they brought the food out. When they gave me my drink it was wrong. Got home and they gave us the wrong food with the right receipt. Don’t go here just go somewhere else.

As we ordered our food the guy answered very rudely as we were ordering for more than one person . As we got our food we had asked for ranch and when we opened it, it was sour and looked like it was left out in heat as it smelled horrible. We buzzed back in to just let them know that they should probably check it asked for some honey mustard. They began to argue with us for no reason as we were very kind. Then he brought out the honey mustard and we were going to show him what the ranch looked like and he didn’t bother to care. As we are pushing past it and eat our food. I found multiple hairs in my food that was clearing not mine because I have blonde hair. I would definitely like a refund or an apology because this was the upmost ridiculous service j have ever reciprocated!
