Awful Woman Manager and Some Employees!!!
I was placing an order when the employee quit talking to me through the intercom. I looked up and a woman was approaching me. I asked her if they could not hear me with the noise of the passing traffic. She said yes. I began to give her my order when she abruptly turned around to leave. I asked her what was going on and she said to wait right there.
A police car that was parked on the other side came and parked next to me after she kept which was strange. I waited for a few minutes but no one came on the intercom to finish completing my order.
I drove around to place the order at the stand but no one answered after waiting. I drove forward to the window and waited 20 or more minutes. Cars were lining up behind me after placing their orders. A waiter kept coming out to deliver food to the other parked vehicles and just looked at me each time.
I drove around to another parking space and pressed the red button for assistance. No one helped me. I drove around where the cars were backed up from when I was at the window and all were gone.
It became apparent to me I was being deliberately disregarded and ignored. The manager’s behavior is inhumane and unethically to not assist or give reason why not assisting me. I was there about 30 minutes. I left with no food.
She and another employee in the passed were disrespectful and rude and spoke offensively and sarcastically to me.
This is abusive, inappropriate and immature Manager that should not be conducting business.
There is no upper management to report this disturbing conduct towards a customer.
Managers and Employees are representing Sonic and their behavior is a reflection on the company.
Their personal feelings towards a person and ill-manners should not interfere with assisting a customer and Sonic should have expectations and standards for Manager and employees.
And the order did not match what we ask for. Do yourself a favor and skip this rude place

Food was disgusting
