This Sonic has always been a miss for me until recently. I’m not sure what has changed here but the staff has been more pleasant and order wait time has decreased. I called last week about my drinks being flat, they were nice, apologetic and quick to remedy the incident.

Worst service or should I say no service. I have frequented this Sonic for over 20 years. They have seen me for the last time. Stopped in the stall and pressed button. Had to ask hop if they are taking orders and her response was “no”. We had been waiting approximately 15 min. Watched others drive away. Maybe the owner should go in as an under cover employee.

This location used to be our go to. Now I will never return. We have gone on two or even three occasions where my father in law has received rotten sweet tea. He now refuses to go because it’s happened so often. Today my husband and I went and my hot fudge sundae was literally carbonated and the fudge was bitter. I looked up why that May happen and according to my search this happens when sanitation is not taken seriously. This location must be disgsting in the kitchen. I will never be back to this location after giving them so many chances and being disappointed over and over.

This was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something. Sonic Drive-In should be ashamed of what they served us—and I use the word “served” loosely because that implies service actually happened.
We waited in the drive-thru line for nearly 25 minutes. For what? Cold, stale disappointment. The food was practically fossilized by the time we got it. Burgers? Lukewarm and soggy. Fries? Limp, like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since breakfast. But the true crime against humanity? The mozzarella sticks.
No. Cheese. In. Them.
Let me say that again louder for the people in the back: THEY SERVED US HOLLOW MOZZARELLA STICKS. Just empty, greasy shells. It was like biting into crunchy air—crunchy, sad air. Who knew mozzarella sticks could be a metaphor for broken expectations?
It was like Sonic took a look at their menu and thought, “How can we ruin every single item in one go?” Mission accomplished. I wouldn’t feed this to a raccoon. I’ve had gas station hot dogs with more dignity than this meal.
Save yourself. Go anywhere else. This Sonic is a disgrace to fast food.

I placed a mobile order and I pulled into a spot. The mobile order system would not let me put in the stall number. I had to try two other stalls before I was able to get it to work. about 10 minutes of being at the stall, the screen said that Ernest was coming another five minutes goes by and he’s still not there so I hit the red button. Another 10 minutes goes by and they don’t answer. Ernest finally shows up with my shake doesn’t say anything, hands me, my shake and left. He didn’t give me no straw so when the speaker finally came on, I asked the lady if she can give me a straw, she did not respond and just ignored me. I’m very upset about this experience and it did not have to be like this.

I ordered my order tonight. My cherry limeade was disgusting and had no flavor. I ordered bacon on one of my burgers and didnt get it. I also orded pretzels and didnt get those. However they gave me the sauce for the pretzels, make it make sense.

The burger w/o cheese hit the spot. I hadn’t eaten all morning so I was glad to see Sonic outside of the Wal-Mart. My wait wasn’t very long, 6mins after ordering. The waitress was pleasant and professional. Less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. I would definitely be back. The three stars for atmosphere was there was work being done in parking lot so I hurried on home to eat while my food was hot.

I had to go to 3 terminals before I found a working unit. First one had an order rung up waiting for payment, second one was broke, finally got a working one. Prices were crazy too. A single cheeseburger almost $6. I tip, so mine was almost $7.
