The food is pretty good, however this restaurant is dirty! You can tell the management doesn’t care. The servers here seem to have bad attitudes. Last week when I was waiting on my order, the server came out and started fussing very loudly at the man in the truck next to me. Apparently he was frustrated because they couldn’t understand his order. He left and I don’t blame him.

Came here on Good Friday and they only had one person working. She was going as fast as she could with all the orders so it took a while to get our drinks. We don’t blame her through, only the crappy management who put only one person on the shift. Drink were fine though, and we tipped her some money because we felt bad.

This morning a young lady with braces was so nice and helpful. Great customer service. She had to bring my food back but she was so helpful even though my food was cold and cheese wasn’t melted. The young lady was so sweet over the intercom as well

The order screen was not working correctly and they seem to be under staffed which made the wait time a little longer than usual however, when my food finally came, the young lady was extremely apologetic and had a great kindness to her I couldn’t fault her for the breakdown in communication and I tipped her. BTW, the food was wonderful, everything was hot and fixed just like I wanted.

Sonic ranks close to the top of fast food restaurants for me. Some locations even offer outside covered table dining. I’m not a fan of eating in my car, but on occasion we do. The order boards now accept your credit or debit card on the board for an easy payment option. The ‘car hops’ bring your food on roller blades and service is usually pretty fast. Great desserts too.

It was horrible! Burger was so cold that cheese didn’t even melt. Fries tasted and old from earlier that day. The food quality was garbage.
The car hopper was nice, but she should have made sure my orde was correct. I ask to bring it back because and that I didn’t ordered onions on it. I got the same burger back because it had that onions taste on it and still cold. So, no I will not waste my money poor food quality.

I eat here often as its close to work. Have yet to have my order wrong. Service is usually quick. When it’s not the carhop is always sure to express apologies. Staff has a generally good attitude which makes for an all around great experience.

Came on my lunch break and ordered 2 pretzel twist. The place wasn’t busy but I still was fine with waiting on fresh food. My order came out and there was no salt on the pretzels so the lady took them back to fix the order. I told her thank you very much and tipped her. She then brings be back the same 2 pretzel absolutely dripping with liquid butter and salt. They were so soggy after being in the bag for just maybe 2 minutes. I didnt get napkins or anything so I called back and just asked for napkins while keeping a nice attitude and smile. But they acted like it was more of a bother. Very disappointed that an order so simple was messed up both times.

I can Friday waited 10 minutes for a drink. I came 2 days later and am ordering the red white and blue slush. They are out of ice cream I am waiting still and had to hit the button a second time for my refund. It has been another 10 minute and they are not even busy today.
