I am not sure what the problem is with this particular sonic. My sonic go to order is the super sonic breakfast burrito and every single time I order it here, they serve it to me cold. The first couple of times, I did not say anything, thinking it was just a bad time. This time I finally spoke up when it was given to me cold to the touch. The carhop was polite when I asked her if they could please put it on the grill for me, but she said she could not but that she would put it on the steamer for me. It came back lukewarm on the outside, I bite into it for the first time and its as though all of the ingredients just came out the fridge. It was like ice in the middle. I am a local who works in baton rouge near another sonic and theirs is always hot. My first job was as a carhop at this particular sonic and it was not like that when I worked here 10+ years ago. Im also never the one to really complain or make a scene about an order. So I simply decided to come here and share this in the hopes something could be done about my favorite order near home.

I have had cheeseburgers all across the country and even the world, in town for a wedding and this sonic right here may have been the best experience I’ve encountered I got the double smash and then an original cheeseburger and can’t stop thinking about them both hope this place stays busy! Thanks for the great meal!

Every time we try to go to this sonic in Clinton,La the mobile app never works when it comes to using the “deals”, it let’s you add everything to cart, apply the discounts, once you click checkout, it then proceeds to listen each item one at a time and say “unavailable”, see pictures attached. In previous situations, we have pressed the order button on the sign and told them it wasn’t working. If your ordering a large diet coke, they may say, you have to get a “route 44 or a medium”. Never have this problem at any other franchise location. You would think management or the employees would try to have this resolved, and discuss the matter with the franchise owner, rather than losing business/customers. Realistically when your buying food/drink for 4-5 people it is rather expensive for fast food, hence the reason we go here because of the deals on the mobile app.

Haven’t been to sonics in a while. But this experience was out of the ordinary. I was greeted by my service / attendant who is beautiful but what made it more interesting she was on a pair of roller blades had to been there to see the moment. But the service was spectacular and the food was great I always order extra out of bounds to make sure that it’s fresh

This is by far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get my food after ordering. Then they forgot half of the order! Once I got the food opened to eat, the chicken was burnt for the chicken sandwich, tater tots tasted stale for the kids meals, and all 3 lemonades tasted old & nasty. This was a very disappointing establishment!!

Kayla is AMAZING!!!!!!! She is the GM but was car hopping today to help out. So friendly and personable. This location used to be AWFUL. it is clear that she has been turning it around.

My son just ordered one full meal that was supposed to have a supersonic cheeseburger deal but ended up having one patty on it and the 2nd burger as well. We paid for it but made incorrectly now no one wants to answer the phonelines!!! The order had already been taken by one, but my son had to go over it again with a different customer rep..He had just gotten off from work looking forward to a pleasant meal & he was tired! Not acceptable..Clinton Louisiana location..fix this for the next customer!!

Very friendly staff…clean parking lot and sitting area..food is hot and delious..omg those onion rings..just thinking about them makes me want to go get a large order…omg..i think i am later i am out the door..lol..
