I order on app so it’ll be quicker when we arrive. Only problem is they hardly ever give you condiments for your order. If you order mozzarella sticks, you need marinara sauce. French toast sticks you need syrup. Fries or onion rings you need ketchup. This is my only issue.

It is a smaller Sonic in Kinder and therefore has less stalls and over 10 of the stalls were out of order and seems to always be out of order. I used the drive-thru today and they were super fast getting my order ready. However, I ordered a hamburger and asked for no mayo and asked to add mustard. Unfortunately, my burger had no mustard but did have ketchup. When did they start adding ketchup to sonic hamburgers/cheeseburgers without requesting it? Maybe it’s automatic with the junior burgers but with the sonic cheeseburgers?? I had to undress my burger once I made it home and wipe all of the ketchup off and then add mustard. Needless to say, my hamburger was cold and flimsy with soft, wet bread due to all of the ketchup. Disappointed today.

Always takes forever before someone will answer u. Then it takes forever to get yr food. Then there’s no sauce n the bag when u get down the road. Music is so loud the employees can’t hear yr order so u have to repeat it 5 times while yelling. Not very friendly

Kinder is my favorite sonic but I don’t know what’s going on lately but service has went down. Pulled up at the drive-thru sat there forever no one ever asked us what we wanted to order so we pulled into a slot sat there for a while before we finally got somebody to answer our order and had to repeat it 4 times.

I went through the drive thru to place my order. when I get to the window to pay a child took my payment. The boy couldn’t have been any older that 11 or 12. When the girl gave me my food I asked her was that a child that took my payment and she proceeded to tell me yes that it was one of her coworkers kids. I said do you think that is okay? And I am fairly certain it is illegal. She shrugged it off and told me he wanted to do it.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes nothing drove up to the window still nothing waited another 10 minutes then pulled into a space to order and after waiting another 15 minutes I had to holler at a worker and ask how to make an order here. . Service here sucks big time. No tips being paid tonight

Her customer service was great but the damn food need to be free They over don’t work they putting your food in a microwave instead. My sandwich wasn’t even hot just warm I had egg so it was microwave twice so after all that My breakfast was a disaster.
