Working nights, twelve hour shifts working in the plants… Decided to grab a bite to eat, with the family. Ordered four sausage toasters add bacon. Made sure personal repeated order to make sure it was understood. In return three out of four was correct, yet when called it in. Young lady implied. Well come back I’ll give you a side of bacon, mean while the toaster that should of been made right the first time is getting cold. So much for having a hot and made to order toasters with the love ones. Well a certain percentage of my toaster was hot (bacon) wise, although it should of been remade. Waste of time, and wasn’t pleasant dealing with unknowledgeable supervision on how to properly correct measures to take care of there franchise customers as an employee representative for that company!!!!!

The wait is horrible because they don’t have an experience manager onsite only teenagers running the show. I ordered ahead on the app and had to wait 40 mins for a kids meal because they kept telling me they’re waiting on fries while 6 cars go ahead of me.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on my way to Lake Charles. Did order on the app and was told our food was being made hot and fresh, and it definitely was! Really great service and I didn’t even get the employees name but she rocks!

They were very slow. We wanted to try the Sonic drive in “thing” but they never responded to take our order. I asked for extra ketchup guy said ‘some already in bag’ I said OK I want extra. Then found out thier was no ketchup in the bag. It’s fast food I don’t expect crazy service but geezzz.

Stopped at this sonic after driving’s few hours order 2 regular coney combos 6.29 each it was sad enough speakers was so low I kept having to repeat my order when order came out my bill was $19.22 I asked why the car hop didn’t know so he goes back in and ask to find out they run every item up individually……I sent him back and to make matters worse the manager was the cashier. If I hadn’t have bit that stale old chili dog I wouldn’t have paid 1cent. The young man was very apologetic and polite I tipped him still for walking back and forth but the manager on duty Austin I’m very disappointed never came out once. Terrible service and he should have been the one to fix the situation. Never again

Got hot fudge ‘s Sunday with no hot fudge, just dribbled along the sides of the cup barely. I guess you have to pay extra to actually get hot fudge on a hot fudge sundae. This is the worst sonic ever. I have never seen such ridiculously scarce hot fudge on a freaking hot fudge sundae really is it just Iowa or what awful store management I really am aggravated I guess you can tell. Please don’t stop here go anywhere else but here good luck.

I came to this sonic because I’ve heard they had excellent corn dogs. But when I ordered, even though I got my order in a timely manner and the server was very polite, I was disappointed to find that there was NO corn in my corn dog. I would eat here again but I don’t think I would order the corn less dogs though.

Absolutely the worst example of a sonic I’ve ever experienced anywhere, ever. Don’t go after 9 because they’ll tell you they’re out of everything, half the time they don’t answer after pushing the red button on the screen. Manager doesn’t seem to care because it hasn’t changed in years. Needs a complete staff replacement lmao
