Don’t be in any kind of hurry. Will not be going back. Went there a few weeks ago.was in the drive thru. Got stuck in inside lane so couldn’t just leave. Took almost an hour to get order in and finally get my food. It was busy that night so I understand some delay. While waiting after ordering food could see inside and saw two people actually working and three standing around playing on phones or hanging out talking. Went back today hoping it was just an isolated incident. Not many people there ordering food. Sat a while in drive thru line to finally get to speak. Sat there for 10 minutes with no one taking order. The cars had cleared out in front of me and the car to my right drove off after she had been waiting longer, so I was able to leave.

I’ve given this place so many chances. This has to be the most unorganized fast food restaurant in the city. I’m not sure how a mobile app order that says it’s ready can take over 20 minutes to never get to the stall. So I just asked for my money back.
Look Sonic, I know you’re a big chain and you couldn’t care less about your guests. It was evident by the way that I was treated (ignored). If it was a busy time of day it would have been one thing. But there were more crew members in your kitchen than there were cars in the parking lot. I try to be understanding with businesses but this particular location just fails to meet the minimum of expectations time and time again. Hopefully for the sake of the city of Youngsville, someone who actually cares a little bit about that location or the Sonic name can hire the right people to turn that operation around. Zero out of 10, would not recommend to anyone.

I have been to this sonic before and every time we go it takes them 30 minutes to an hour just to serve us while there is two to three other cars in the lot. Today we ordered a small blast, a small slushy, a chicken tender baja wrap, and a chili and cheese fry. Right when we finished ordering it said on the screen that Lay was heading our way with the order. 15 minutes go by and we only got our drinks. I tried my oreo blast and the oreos were very stale and disgusting. Another 20 minutes go by and our food finally gets delivered. I get my chili cheese fries out the bag and the bowl was so empty that it didn’t even cover the bottom of it. The chili and cheese devoured my fries i couldn’t even see them. My fries were so soggy, thanks to yall for taking 45 minutes for four items. I finished my fries before the guy could even come back to give us our change. I will NEVER be coming back to this specific sonic ever again, and I will make sure my family and friends don’t come either.

I just want to shout out Ms. Lety for just being so graceful and kind in her demeanor today. After ordering on the app for lunch for my family, we got home to missing one of our meals. I called the store and Ms. Lety was kind and helpful. I drove back to pick up my items easy peesy and let her know how I appreciated her kindness and helpfulness and just the positive energy she shared with me today. Thank you for all you do!!

Probably my worst ever Sonic experience. I don’t usually write reviews but I promise you I will make it my mission to lower your ratings after the service you provided my family today. To begin, we placed an order at 10:05, we got the food at 10:57. I don’t know much about the service industry but I can 100% assure you that it should NOT take that long to receive some fried chicken and burgers. Next, the chicken popcorn portion was so small (specifically a few tiny burnt pieces of chicken between a large and small order of the jumbo popcorn chicken) that my grandfather, who usually eats VERY light, had finished both of the popcorn chickens that we ordered and still wasn’t satisfied. Furthermore, I had ordered enough sauce to feed a family of 6… when I opened my bags I found none. Please train your staff on how to check tickets to make sure you actually have all the food that you ordered. Lastly, something I had known about this specific sonic prior to eating here, but y’all’s staff mark the order as complete as soon as it gets placed, making you think that your food has been delivered to someone else’s car. What made it worse was that when we went to find someone after waiting about 30 mins after the order was marked as complete and having never received it, the staff ignored us and told us to wait. I will be waiting for my refund and in the meanwhile I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this disgrace of a sonic.

First off I ordered a corn dog, they rug up a hot dog. The Hot dog isn’t even edible absolutely disgusting and also waiting for 20 minutes. They weren’t even busy. My daughter was so excited to eat sonic. We won’t be back.

Edit/update: I barely ever write reviews as you can go look at my profile. It’s been over a year and my review/photo has over 40,000 views but I have never received a response from anyone. But they have replied to everyone else. It also seems everyone else reviewing has had a terrible experience.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They’re manipulating the service time by saying the other is on the way for it to take an additional 9 minutes and all I ordered was 2 drinks. This isn’t the service I expected from any sonic.

Me and my bf went to get ice cream for a late night snack. I ended up getting a rootbeer float and the ice was very sweet. I thought maybe I was over exaggerating but it was unbearable. I could’ve even eat the whole thing
