I had my daughter to go grab me a burger and tater tots. What I received was a burger with 3 long black hairs in it. They instantly ceased to be my favorite fast food to being my “never again” fast food restaurant.

The night manager was amazing, we pulled up in a broken stall that was not labeled, after everything I ordered I received “is that it” or “will that complete your order.” I was completely rushed and it was not closing time. I voiced my unsatisfactory items. The manager was the last car hop that night, offering to make it right, her listening skills, and a free item off my order definitely surprised us, going above and beyond, in our eyes acknowledging the at faults, apologizing and in the same breath saying how you will change it, offering free/comp item(s) is definitely the way to go in this industry. What do you think?!

Sonic in Jennings really going downhill in quality. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, single bacon cheeseburger with no onions and pretzel twist. Once I got home I checked and received double cheeseburger without bacon, single bacon cheeseburger with onion and pretzel twist without cheese dipping cup. I can overlook one thing being wrong but all three items wrong is unacceptable. Do better management!!!

Placed an order on app while in stall, then checked in. Waited and waited for order as cars came and went on both sides. Looked my order up, it had been 15 minutes since I checked in. Pushed the buzzer and no one answers. Wait 3 or 4 minutes and then push again, still no one answers. Finally about 5 minutes later someone answers and I ask how much longer on my order. 1 coney and 1 fries. They ask is it …and I say yes. It was then silence. Someone finally comes on and says your order will be out. 2 girls come out with my order which is then cold. I touch it and it is all cold. The one says, we can refix it if you don’t want it cold. I say please do. When they come out again it is 2 more girls. One with a very big attitude. She handed me my order and never apologized for the delay, just that it wasn’t their fault that they were busy and my order got pushed off to the side. I said I understand busy, but others have come and gone since then. She said, well they just had drinks – talking very rudely. And that it wasn’t their problem that the were shorthanded and busy. Then she tried to act like I was having an attitude when she came out the door with my order and handed it to me with an attitude. She needs better training. A simple, ‘we’re very sorry it took so long ‘ would have been better received than her attitude. They need to pay attention to what they are doing.

I ordered cheese sticks and they were so hard. I just threw them away and promised myself no more food from sonic.. I will just be buying the ocean water slushy! Plus the cost is kinda high! Me and my husband when he and between two of us we spent 30 bucks on two cheeseburgers two tater tots and two drinks Now that is ridiculous

Spent 30.00 to be HIGHLY disappointed! Wasn’t greeted when sever asked what I wanted order the double smasher in which she argued they only had “regular” or triple as I’m clearly just reading off the menu bar had to repeat my order 3times repeated back clearly with no onions! They were drenched in onion one was wrapped one wants the patties burnt and never ever had I had an issue with salt as they say they don’t season the meat so this was an intentional and argued when I asked for a refund the it was that salty! Went back and the manager on duty was hollering and belligerent! The service was uncalled for!!! She is so nasty! Someone please help her bc she argued that loud! Clearly a disappointment in her attitude!!! She told me she wasn’t helping me to speak to someone else …wow that’s your management?? Thanks to Kelly for trying and acknowledging she was sorry for her coworkers attitude and did her best to make sure we got our proper paper work for refund and gave us the store managers number! And also admitted the burger she tasted was salty people have health issues this could be a major concern!

Seemed alot like the little brown haired girl there definitely trying to scam with people’s cards here! Careful if you eat here and they ask for your card after you’ve already paid on the kiosk. Then came back and claimed that card was locked and needed a different one which it wasn’t. Definitely needs to be looked into.

Also would like to add, the order was completely messed up which I believe was on purpose so she could get a hold of my card. The burger I ordered wasn’t correct and she left off the chilli dog I ordered.

Honestly the food was exceptional for the most part. The issue I had during my stop at this location was that the customer service was short, abrupt, and not good at all. When the person came over the intercom there was no welcoming nature. I was greated with Sonic what can I get you… What happened to hello welcome to Sonic this is such and such, how may I assist you today?… Be welcoming! Also when you end an order thank your customer and state that you hope they come back to visit again. The last issue I had was when my car hop person came out to hand me my food and drinks. When is it okay to have your items basically shoved at you?! Last I remembered you should introduce yourself in a friendly manner and as you hand the items to your customer do so while reading off the order as you hand them the items so they know you have the right items. Ok this might seem silly however it saves the hassle of dealing with the wrong order or possibly someone consuming something they are allergic to however didn’t know better. Also encourages the customer to want to continue doing business with said company and just all around sets a good customer service bases.. Maybe we need to bring back the correct customer service skills requirements. Because delivering my food to me and not saying anything during the interaction is honestly rude and bad customer service. Also before anyone says something, even if you have a possible communication issue there are ways to go about still doing so in any other means while still being professional and welcoming.
