This location is consistent with an exceptional wait time, screens that don’t work, and if there isn’t an item missing from my order, something is made wrong. We come to this location the most because of distance, but almost every single visit is met with disappointment.

I placed an online order 10 minutes before I arrived, when I got there I was parked at a station where I had a visual of the inside of their facility. I waited at least another 15 minutes, the entirety of me waiting I could see my food was completed and had been sitting on the counter waiting to be brought out to me. I received my food cold, my drink wrong size with no line and cherries and I didn’t receive the sauces that came with the meal (not extra, marina that comes with mozz sticks).this is not my first bad experience, this is just the experience that was the last straw. I come to this sonic time and time again and after reading the reviews of the last 4 years, this specific location management clearly has no intentions of actually improving or holding their staff accountable. I have been involved in the fast food industry and I understand you get what you pay for but Sonic is too expensive for me to get cold food and not get the things that come with my meal. I used to love sonic, I don’t recommend it to anyone anymore and that’s a real shame.

I’ve gone to this specific sonic twice now and while the blasts are good they don’t blend it all the way down. About 1/3rd of the ice cream at the bottom is plain vanilla. I thought they got rid of the large just because of this problem but your employees are making the mistake now. It makes me wonder if it was actually possible to get down to the bottom of the large and it was just employee error. I’ve been to other sonics in town and they can get it to the bottom so I don’t understand why this one simply cannot. The servers are always sweet, I have no problem with their attitude, I’d just like to get what I’m paying for. I’m the kind of person to add extras and it should easily stretch down to the bottom of the cup. This also seems like a recent occurrence because I’ve gone here before a while ago and it wasn’t like this at all. I’d also like a bit more extras if I pay for “extra”. For example when I add cookie dough to the Oreo cheesecake blast I expect an amount that is more than a “regular”.

This location is definitely having some issues. The app allows for sauce to be included with items that would regularly come with sauce for free, but their manager obviously disagrees with their corporate policy and refuses to honor their franchise agreement. I have come here on several occasions and never experienced an issue, but came through today and was told if I wanted my sauce that was ordered, I would have to pay separately. Y’all are getting so stingy and pinching pennies, not realizing you’ll lose a customer everytime you have an interaction like this. I would understand if I was asking for a superfluous amount of sauces, but I only requested 2 total sauces for 2 large orders of fries.

Ordered a breakfast burrito and a bottle of water so i could have something to eat before work. Only had a $100 bill for food for the week and after the woman stared at the register for 10 seconds, tells me they can’t break hundreds for anything less than $20. Been ordering here for 20+ years, and ive never been told that in all that time. This locatiom is in desperate need of restaffing and restructuring.
