Im 13 years old and in my 11 years of consciousness I have never had a worst experience from a sonic and I’ve been have way around America. Firstly we had sat there for a good 30 minutes before we got our food which by the way had barely any flavor and the only thing good about it is it makes you want to eat healthy. Secondly we got our order and my moms wasn’t even existent in our bag.

I’m not sure how hard it is to get right, but this is ridiculous. Every time I come here y’all always mess up my order the burgers come out wrong every single time and y’all forget items in my order. How is that possible? You read the ticket and then put it in a bag this isn’t a difficult job. I’ve worked here before y’all honestly might as well fire everyone in here and re-hire. Like it’s already almost 8 o’clock. I don’t feel like sending my burgers back and then I tell you I’m missing a certain hotdog and what do y’all do you take forever to bring it out? It takes maybe two minutes to make an all-American dog. I’ve been sitting here for almost 10. And it took y’all an additional 15 minutes to bring out my order when it said it was gonna be ready at 7:30

I pulled up to the drive-thru at about 11:30. It was about 11:45 when I finally got to place my order, a small Reese’s Blast. (There was me and another car in the drive-thru). At about 11:55 ish, the lady came out to my car to tell me they were out of Reese’s . Thanks for wasting almost 30 minutes of my lunch time. I stopped ordering food from Sonic, now I’m going to stop going altogether. Does anyone care about the job they do anymore? It seems like when it was highschool and college kids working for minimum wage, the food was better, the service was better, and the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs.

I ordered from Uber eats. I usually don’t complain because I’m ordering through an app and expect someone to deliver an order for me on a cold day. However, when I have to wait more than 2 hours to get my order and it’s not even the right order, then I have a big issue. I got an Oreo blast instead of the Choco Brownie and I got a large sprite instead of a large limeade slush. I don’t mind the switch of the blasts because they’re the same price, but paying basically double the amount for a sprite is uncalled for. If there had been communication about not having enough stock or other unforeseen issues, I would have bypassed it. Unfortunately, I had no communications. My phone number and Uber Driver is available to communicate, use the phone number and respectfully talk to the Uber Driver.

Literally the worst service ever I came at nine and I waited 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. I kept saying hello and no one was answering so I eventually went to a stall and placed a mobile order because it seems like I have to do someone else’s job by placing a mobile order. The employees looked at me extremely rude while I was waiting on my food. There is one other car in the stall, and there was no one else in the drive-through. I don’t understand why it took so long and why the employees were so rude to me although it seems like this happens a lot, judging by the other reviews.

no matter how many times i give this place a chance it continuously sucks. no one answers the drive thru, the food takes forever to come out, and everytime has either been wrong or cold. just go to any other location

I’ve ordered on the sonic app and checked in at the stalls several times. It usually takes 5-10 minutes after checking in, which is usual. However, on multiple occasions I’ve recieved burgers that were somewhat burned. My milkshakes have also sometimes came out missing ingredients.
