My daughter and granddaughter and myself went to sonic today in pearl river . We irdered 2 small shakes they didn’t have whipped cream or cherries to put on the shake the first time they brought them to me they we’er not mixed right so the young lady took them back and told the girl inside we wanted them mixed because they looked like they were vanilla so the young lady that waited on us brought them to us and they were overflowing so bad it was coming over the sides of the cup and was nasty she put so much In them the tops were’nt right so my daughter brought one back inside and the girl who made them she told my daughter that she just redid the shakes and that she said that my daughter said that it wasn’t good enough for her and she wanted to charge us for a larger cup and she’d started screaming at my daughter, my daughter didn’t scream back at your employee also your employee mouthed off to my daughter to call corporate and tell them so that’s exactly what I did . Also your people working with food should have on a hair net and gloves if the are inside. And it’s not like your shakes are cheap but I used to really enjoy the shakes but I’ ll never go back to this sonic it’s in pearl river on hwy 41also I think if have hickies that have on their necks maybe they should use concealer to cover them .
This girl was very rude and you should really check your reviews because all of the reviews are terrible . We will never go back to sonic ,it’s a shame that some employees cause

This place is a joke. Ordered 2 shakes, both weren’t made correctly. Asked the “ manager” for a bigger cup because it was spilling out the top & sides, she tells I’ll have to charge you for a bigger cup then brings me a small cup, had to pour some out to for the cup. Keep in mind she was screaming at me & her hands were shaking telling me I could leave. No problem I did. She had no hair net on & had hickies all over her neck. She needs to learn good customer service. I would give them 0 stars but that’s not an option. Hire new people.

I wanted to put zero stars…If this is the kind of management sonic is ok having there is a huge issue. Tonight I went to sonic to use a coupon book I received a week ago. Myself and my partner checked out separately he was ordering when I was already done and the rudest employee comes outside with attitude instantly saying sonic released the coupons too early and couldn’t accept his when mine was already accepted. Come to find out she is the manager screaming at us saying we can leave she’s canceling my order. Continues to bring her employees outside once we said we aren’t leaving until I have proof of refund. One of her cooks proceeds to threaten my partner (neither cook that came outside have a hair net on)and call the cops. Is it so hard to have professionalism these days?! I would never want to give business to this establishment again if that is the kind of employees they are going to have. I would like to add the young lady that took my order was super sweet and wanted to cooperate and give my refund but the manager decided better to cause a scene and hold my money and coupon till cops arrived. The same coupon that was accepted after this at a different sonic. DISGUSTING 11/24/25 night manager.

Disgusting service, disgusting attitude from a disgusting manager, wouldn’t give me a refund because I matched her filthy attitude until the police came to tress pass me (like I was coming back anyway) absolutely disgusting people and the big guy in the back threatened me multiple times. Would absolutely watch out, no hair net so what’s left of his balding head is probably falling in your food. ALSO ALL OF THIS OVER A COUPON THAT THE NEXT SONIC HAD NO ISSUES TAKING?!?!

We placed our order, 2 drinks 1 burger and mozzarella sticks. The screen let us know our food was ready and would be coming out. We never received it, when the car parked next to us about 6 or 7 minutes after our food was to be out and they received their order, we just left.

I give a better rating for the food, but I never got mine. I ordered $65 worth of food that I managed to not get and then I got somebody else’s order cause apparently flipping burgers is hard. I know I have to sit here and try and come up with something else to eat Because DoorDash is no longer delivering from sonic. Even crazier is I have to wait three or five days to get the $65 back but it didn’t take them 3 to 5 days to take the money off my card or to screw up my order.

If you’re going to close at 10:45pm, maybe advertise that instead of falsely claiming to be open until 11:00pm so I don’t waste time going out of my way to get there. In the time it took me to write this 2 sentence review I’ve watched 3 other cars come in and get turned away.

Just Ordered a chocolate oreo master shake at the Pearl River location. Employee named Sarah came out with what looked like a Oreo blast and I asked her “is this chocolate? Because this looks like vanilla and looks like the oreo blast instead of the chocolate oreo master shake tht I ordered.” She looked at it and said no it’s chocolate. Then handed me the spoon and said sorry and walked off. No whip cream and no cherry and when I tried it, it was indeed vanilla and not chocolate and had oreo crumbles on top instead of whip cream and cherry, indicating tht it was the oreo blast instead. The car next to me had been waiting for over 20 min for their food. Once got it, their order was wrong too. Passenger got out the car twice to try to get the employees to fix it, but i guess it didn’t work out because they left. I also tried to call back on the monitor to tell them they got my order wrong. Pressed the button and sat there for 5 min with no response, and then I left. Wish I could get the dollar tip back tht i left them. This happens all the time at this location. This was my first time back to any sonics since 2021 and it seems like they still haven’t fixed their employee problem in now 4 years. Won’t be returning to any location again. Sarah lied straight to my face and then must of felt bad because she responded with “sorry”. Only 4 cars were in the parking lot and it was 2 hours before closing.

I understand yall close in 20 min but it is unacceptable to just be serving drinks. Not to add having us wait 10 mins to be told your only serving drinks.
Being a person who use to work in these types of environments and establishments I find this to be unacceptable. You guys close at 11pm….serve the menu until 11pm. I understand closing is a pain in the ass but it’s 2024, do your full job and get paid for it or go home. Point blank.

I have been sitting here for 35 minutes I placed my order at 8:05 we are waiting on a chicken sandwich combo and an order of mozzarella sticks. I’ve been handed the wrong order 2 times in a row.
