I returned after 6m from mediocre visits I’m which the last wrong order came out to me 1st and ended up eating like 15 min for order ahead the prior one an item was forgotten.
Staff is usually morose, fries are always generally cold. The few food items I’ve gotten and used to enjoy are not that great anymore.
I returned bc of a coupon sent to my address for a pretzel smasher burger which I can tell was made wrong (picture depicted) cheese unmelted (cold party) wrong meat type (not smashed) and the jalapeno popper one had a hole in it with no cheddar lol (also pictured).
Dunno what happened here, the Covington location by the hospital is a bit better, but I’d just avoid sonic. With Chick-fil-A for chicken and now smalls (sliders) who both have better desserts, foods hot when received there just no real reason to come here anymore
This Sonic desperately needs new management. Over the past year, multiple visits have been disappointing — with terrible service, long wait times, and food that’s clearly been sitting out too long before being delivered.
This visit was the worst yet. The order screens weren’t working, so we tried to help by placing our order through the app. We checked in at 1:36 PM, but the store didn’t acknowledge it until 1:42 PM. At 1:50 PM the app said our food was ready, but nothing was brought out. A carhop eventually told us she had to remake the shake because it had melted — which proves the order had been sitting there for a long time.
Every single car that pulled in after us got their food and left before we did. At one point, a carhop even tried to give us someone else’s order. When our food finally arrived, it was sloppy, cold, and completely unappetizing — barely any meat on the burgers, mustard smeared all over the box, and everything looked and tasted careless.
Unacceptable service, terrible food quality, and a total waste of money.
They took the tots back right away and brought them back crispy but without ketchup, said they would bring some back and never did. The biggest disappointment, the burger was Not freshly made. It was definitely setting for a little while the lettuce was all soggy. The hamburger patty was not hot and not even warm.
