Sonic used to be my favorite place to grab food. I don’t know anymore tho last couple visits have been sub par.
I returned after 6m from mediocre visits I’m which the last wrong order came out to me 1st and ended up eating like 15 min for order ahead the prior one an item was forgotten.
Staff is usually morose, fries are always generally cold. The few food items I’ve gotten and used to enjoy are not that great anymore.
I returned bc of a coupon sent to my address for a pretzel smasher burger which I can tell was made wrong (picture depicted) cheese unmelted (cold party) wrong meat type (not smashed) and the jalapeno popper one had a hole in it with no cheddar lol (also pictured).
Dunno what happened here, the Covington location by the hospital is a bit better, but I’d just avoid sonic. With Chick-fil-A for chicken and now smalls (sliders) who both have better desserts, foods hot when received there just no real reason to come here anymore

This Sonic desperately needs new management. Over the past year, multiple visits have been disappointing — with terrible service, long wait times, and food that’s clearly been sitting out too long before being delivered.
This visit was the worst yet. The order screens weren’t working, so we tried to help by placing our order through the app. We checked in at 1:36 PM, but the store didn’t acknowledge it until 1:42 PM. At 1:50 PM the app said our food was ready, but nothing was brought out. A carhop eventually told us she had to remake the shake because it had melted — which proves the order had been sitting there for a long time.
Every single car that pulled in after us got their food and left before we did. At one point, a carhop even tried to give us someone else’s order. When our food finally arrived, it was sloppy, cold, and completely unappetizing — barely any meat on the burgers, mustard smeared all over the box, and everything looked and tasted careless.
Unacceptable service, terrible food quality, and a total waste of money.

Messed up my simple drink order several times. When drinks corrected the route 44 has less fluid than the large. Absolutely horrible. Having a smile doesn’t help if the problem isn’t being corrected or is made worse.

We live less than a mile from Sonic. It’s our go to place. We order on the app which makes it easier to get our food when we pull up. The food is hot and the ice cream is cold allowing us to get back home and put it in the freezer. I enjoy their foot long hot dogs and add mustard and onions. Their crinkle fries are better than the fries they used to serve. They need to continue putting the Groovy Sauce in with the fries. The price is a little more than what I think fast food should cost.

Amazing how service has gotten to an all time low. Can’t figure out how to cook a simple corn dog and be delivered in a timely manner. We ordered a $8 corn dog meal, received a flat, burnt, GREEN corn dog…asked for another one, waited for ANOTHER 10-15 minutes and no one ever came back out. Ended up leaving and wasting our time and money.

Stop by sonic this afternoon to get a hamburger and asked for the tater tots to be crispy…
They took the tots back right away and brought them back crispy but without ketchup, said they would bring some back and never did. The biggest disappointment, the burger was Not freshly made. It was definitely setting for a little while the lettuce was all soggy. The hamburger patty was not hot and not even warm.

I have gone to 3 different Sonics in the last two weeks. I play a lot of music and like to eat out when short on time. All 3x I had to wait 30 mins for my food. I am now into 40 mins waiting for food. Never again. This company sucks they make understaffed teens run the place. Out of having a good conscience and being a good person, I can never eat there again unless they change that he can’t afford to pay your workers. You don’t need to be in business

This sonic sucks everytime I get something from here it’s always something. I just doordashed from here and they put my fries in the bag upside down and didn’t really even give me any fries just fry crumbs. They always take so long and you would think with the amount of time they take your food would be right well wrong they always messing something up but the food is good but the service is terrible!!!!

Ordered an m&m blast. Specifically asked the guy if they can add Reese’s to it and he said yes. Blast came out with only m&m’s. When I told them it had no Reese’s, instead of making me a new blast mixed with both, they sent me a little cup with a little bit of Reese’s scraps in it. Bad service won’t be back
