Was trying to order food for my family and they stopped answering so had to press button to call them back to re-place my whole order, hotdog with fries (got tots instead of fries), kids meal which they got right, and for my meal i never got it all, ordered 2 honey chipotle wraps only received 1 and no drink…

I had a disappointing experience at this Sonic. I ordered 2 triple smash burgers with no sauce and no cheese, but they arrived with both sauce and cheese. After returning them, I received doubles instead of the triples I paid for, and I didn’t feel like going back again to correct it again.

Great place for burgers and ice cream. The staff is very friendly. Make sure to get a small ice cream because even a small here is plenty.

Sorry to say I am very disappointed……I have never ordered from this Sonic before but have others and when I got back to work(which was a bit of a drive ) the order was wrong. I ordered a plan hotdog with mustard and ketchup on the side. What I received was a soggy chili dog with cheese. It wasn’t worth the gas to drive back to get it replaced. Needless to say I won’t recommend this Sonic to anyone. When you have limited time to order lunch and then drive back to where you came from only to not have received what you ordered is bad customer service. They should be checking the bags and asking if what was in the bag correct. This review would not let me leave no stars checked so one is all there is.

We always visit sonic. Weather it be just for a quick drink or a nice meal in our car. The brilliance of the nerds mixed into a slushy is outstanding! Whoever came up with this is a genius! The whole family gets chili cheese fries, i haven’t had better from a fast food restaurant. The fast friendly service makes for a great experience. I have never had an issue with sonic. The food is always great, and low priced. Highly recommend a visit if you haven’t been.

Was a fan until today. Went in for early lunch. Hot dog had consistency of potted meat and bun was cracking. Was told that everything was fresh on return. Didn’t want replacement or refund. Just not eating there in the future. Shameful
