The service and menu is pretty typical fast food drive-in fare. The burger I got was kind of sad looking, but tasted alright. I like their tots, but they were cold. Overall it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t really good enough to keep me coming back for more. I get the impression that the treats are in their wheelhouse, but the food is kind of an afterthought.

I only did 4 stars because of how the service was yesterday. I’m quite sure he wasn’t aware. Other than that it would’ve been a 5 mainly because of the manager Darien (spell check) I had an issue with my order & he made sure it was corrected & fulfilled properly for me this morning. He personally came out & spoke with me to make sure I’m good & all. Thank you Hunni! I appreciate the effort! Mwah!

I order the double sonic smasher combo. There was a long black strand of hair in my burger. The management was rude, she wasn’t wearing a hair net. The operator Samuel Daigle didn’t have no sense of urgency or care in his voice when I called him to report the issue. He hung up in my face twice. He sounded like he didn’t know what to say or do about this issue.

I want to give a special shot out to these workers. I left my debit card in the machine and didn’t notice until hours later. I called at 9pm and the manager had the workers check EVERY stall until they found my card! The manager then locked in his desk until I came get it the next day. Thank you so much I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your staff going out of their way for me

My order was not fixed tight. Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes. They smothered it with mayo. The burger was hard and cold. The tater tots were freezer burned and cold.

I order 1 Small Strawberry Slushie and I was told my order Cost was $3.62 well as the drink make way to my vehicle I notice a Large Cup she state morning there a morning deal on drinks so instead of small u get a Large. So I give her the 4 Dollars because she told me I owe 3.62 I grab drink and start backing out to leave an glance at the receipt Total $1.63 I’m mad as hell because ya sat there an said everything else but the Correct total.. it’s the principle of the issue bring me what I ask for and Dont Jip me out my money Never going back I feel some type of way. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered online bc we’re on a roadtrip and needed a quick bite to eat. When we got there, they came out and said they didn’t have lemonade. (Which was not noted on their app) We waited 15 minutes for our food which came out with several missing items. An entire order was missing and several sauce packets. We pushed the button to let them know items were missing. We waited 5 minutes and no response. We had to walk up to the window and knock on the door to get someone’s attention. When we listed the missing items, they said “oh we don’t have that.” Which once again, was not noted on their app. They then tried to give some response about how they were out of items and were waiting on a shipment tomorrow. Which was not needed in the moment. They did not offer to replace anything with something that WAS available until we said we needed food now.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS establishment with shitty workers who don’t know how to do their job.
