What stood out most about my order was the professionalism from start to finish. My order was taken by the manager, Stacy, and delivered by Allie. The communication was exceptional — my order was repeated back to me both when it was placed and again upon delivery. The entire experience was seamless and truly phenomenal.
Even though my order had several customizations — items to remove and substitutions to add — everything was handled perfectly. Each item was properly labeled, making it easy for me to distribute without opening a single wrapper. The attention to detail and care shown by Stacy and her team was remarkable.
I even made sure to press the button to share positive feedback directly with the manager, because the team truly earned it. Thank you all for being so considerate, professional, and consistent. Job well

Strawberry slush had hardly any syrup in it. Not even red. Nor was extra real fruit strawberry added as requested and paid for; I order this all the time so I know what it’s supposed to be like. I couldn’t find one piece of fruit. Tasted like water. Trying to call to get this taken care of but the phone number is constantly busy.

On 10/25, I ordered a blast in the app. The ice cream was spoiled so I sent it back. Sonic offered me another but I declined asking for a refund. Manager said I have to call customer service. I called, but was told the store has to complete the refund. Customer Service said they will send my info for someone to call me. A week passes but no call. I called customer service back and still no help. Called the restaurant, was told they couldn’t do it because I paid in the app and the money didn’t go to them which is why I need to call customer service. So I called customer service on 3way. Still no help. The store said they will give me the refund but I have to pick it up. Moral of story, don’t use the app. They want you to get frustrated and forget it because it’s only a few dollars. But if multiple people take that approach then the company keeps a few hundred dollars (it adds up).

Took longer 2nite maybe they were understaffed but I’m happy with my purchase.
Update: Went in 2day & sat down & ate our meal.
The order was right the FIRST time & fresh.

Went through drive up.
Had to use the restroom & they let me.
Ordered the blue coconut slushie again.
Idk if they were busy or short-staffed but that one drink was a 20 minute wait.

I thought maybe a different location from the other Sonic would be better .. I was wrong. … wrong. .. Not only was the food bad, I never received a straw, I had to call 4 times to get my change…. oh yeah that’s not the worst. The price on order board wasn’t the same price I was charged, when I shared that information with the manager, she said she’s can’t do anything about it, the computer have the prices set. Oh my goodness. This visit was disappointing, I was told the service was slow because tyne lack of employees on hand being the day before Christmas. In my opinion, I think when a company is short staff they should let the customer know what to expect before placing an order. That allows a person to make a conscious decision if they’re going to wait or leave up front. .. To me that shows respect for everyone’s time.

Fries were to oily and they were kinda burnt , the hotdog was ok could’ve been better , too much mustard , the unicorn slush was too sugary and I didn’t really like .
