Food and drinks always taste fine but extremely slow. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks and a burrito when I was the only person there and even ordered ahead online. I know things happen and it takes longer some days but it is most.
Never been pulled back out any quicker than 10 minutes.

So my husband and I called ourselves getting some fast food before we take a break from eating out and chose sonic because of the drinks and the cinnasnacks. Y’all- huge mistake. First off – they got my husband’s food order wrong and gave him a cheeseburger instead of the double cheeseburger he ordered. They forgot the bacon off of my double cheeseburger and I just found a hair in it ( I know it’s not mine because its a different color than mine) and the cinnasnacks were raw, I guess they were taken out early. I haven’t left a review in a long time but I just had to leave on this time because this is completely unacceptable. If the Sonic wasn’t 20 minutes away, I would have rode back and gotten a refund.

Ordered sonic blast oreo, extra oreo, got it and I had a hole with missing ice cream, and hardly any oreo, so I spoke with the guy and told him that I’m missing half the ice cream, because there is a hole. He said, that’s from mixing it, I asked him where is my oreo, and extra, he made an excuse up, I told him don’t worry about it, I won’t be back. They robbed from a good shake!

Pulled up to order an hour before close. A lady came out, asking if we knew what we wanted to order. We informed her we were in the process of deciding, hadn’t even been there 2 minutes. She said, “Okay” and walked back inside saying something about she was needing to run an errand and there would only be one employee available. Not even 2 minutes later she came back out, demanded to know how we intended to order and began nixing each option that wasn’t giving her our order right then. Rather than continue to argue with her we just left.

So, it was pretty slow for only a 3 pc chicken tenders meal and onion rings…I get back to work and open it, and I don’t even know what to think of the onion rings (if you wanna call them that)…and its all cold… Im certain now that I will not give it another shot..
Better now than its been in years.
UPDATE (03/10/2020) went for a couple meals and a blast, one meal was left off after waiting about 15 mins, now I’ve been waiting for another 15 mins ATLEAST , hopefully it will be here soon. The blast is melted.

Clydeidra was our car hop and acted very rude as if she didn’t want to work. There was no social interaction as a how are you or even a simple hello. She jsut handed my food very rudely and walked away. If you don’t like your job simply get a new one. There’s no need to be rude to someone for no reason specially working in a food industry as a car hop.

As the only car parked at the restaurant, you would have thought we’d get quick service. We did not. Once the food came out, it was a disaster. Both drinks had ill fitting lids and spilled in the car immediately. The burritos were filled with greasy eggs. It was so bad, we didn’t finish our food. I’ve been to a lot of Sonics and this one was absolutely the worst.
