The onion rings were a pile of mush in the bottom of the bag. I rang the buzzer to get another one cooked correctly. The manager on duty told me he had cooked them the way they were supposed to be done according to the company directions, and that’s how they turned out, but he’d cook me some more. I told him I grew up eating in Oklahoma where the original Sonics started, and that was NOT how Sonic onion rings were supposed to be served. He cooked me a second order, and they were cooked crisper but still falling apart in the bag with more batter off the onions than on. I told him I’d keep the, but they are not good quality Sonic rings. He said I’ve been doing this 30 years, and they’re fine.
Avoid this place at all cost if you want eatable onion rings.

Waited 30 mins for food we ordered through the app. pressed the stall button got no answer, went through the drive through got no answer. They wasted 30 mins of our time on a road trip and we finally left with no food. Wasted time and money for nothing. Multiple people left the place with no food. There was at least 2 employees working. Not a well ran business and its ridiculous!

I had stopped going to this Sonic but when I saw the new management sign I decided to give it another shot. Mobile ordering was on, and my order was correct and ready when I pulled up. The drive through speaker and some of the stalls still need repaired but my experience was night and day better than before.

Was excited when we got a Sonic in our city due to eating at one as a kid on a trip and it being amazing. Maybe when this place first opened it was okay. But has since gone downhill and has stayed there for years. Only ate here a handful of times due to terrible experiences that I don’t intend on repeating. Uncaring staff, lackluster execution on the food. Drinks seem to be okay usually but you’ll probably wait awhile. And I don’t think this place is maintained well. Don’t eat here unless you want to waste your money on a long shot that things improve or your visit is different. Might try again sometime and write an updated review.

Every time I’ve gone here any time between 8 and 9 (they close at 10) I’ve been told they’re “closed” because they’re understaffed. It’s always ONE person in the drive thru window and absolutely nobody in any of the lanes or trying to order. I only ever go for drinks. Not busy at all and definitely not closed but always turning people away. If you’re “closed” maybe go home and lock the place up?

I ordered a 44 oz strawberry limeade and large cheddar peppers. Receipt showed the charge for peppers and drink and yet when I make it to my destination I have tater tots. When I try to call the number listed for the location I get 8 rings and fax tones. Contact the feedback link and I’m offered a free item in the sonic app but I’m not going back. Oh, and the requested refund for not getting what I ordered? Someone else will have to reach out to me at a later time.

This place should not get any stars worst service ever you can pull up to the window or car parking space and constantly be told no matter the day that they are either short staffed of the just won’t speak to you period this place needs to be shut down and for the workers if you don’t want to work there don’t get a job there it’s that simple business does not on your time you are on business time
