Tore off the top part of the bun because I didn’t feel like eating bread ♀️ everytime we’ve come to this one it’s been nothing but disappointing. The burgers and chicken sandwiches always taste and feel like they’ve been sitting all day, sometimes when we get food the bread to whatever the order is, is so hard I have to switch it out with our own bread when I get home. Usually I also need to add our own onion, mayo and mustard when I get home as well even though it’s asked for at the restaurant. It’s not like I just have Chilli and cheese hanging around the house, but good tip if you plan on going here: Just make whatever it is at home. Because I promise you’ll be missing most of what you ordered or it’ll be inedible.

I just got yelled at because i couldn’t hear the person talking and she kept breaking up and she spoke up but had the biggest attitude. not my fault the speakers don’t work and after i ordered not even a thank or nothing just my total.

I never had a problem with this store until today. Ordered a strawberry limeade with mango easy ice, a cherry limeade with grape no ice and a half and half tea with lemonade and with mango on the sonic app. The strawberry limeade had no mango and was full of ice and the cherry limeade with grape had no grape. The cherry with grape was fixed after two car hops were confused with what we ordered even though it was printed on the receipt but the strawberry limeade wasn’t fixed at all. We were given the same drink that was not fixed three times after which it was taken back to be fixed again. However we didn’t get anything back after a while so we called them again for the drink. They made a new strawberry limeade but without the mango but it had easy ice. We sent it back and they gave us the same drink that we sent back so we gave up on it. Don’t know what happened but your quality of service is bad if they’re doing this on purpose.

Ordered a #1 with mustard! I’m in a hurry so I don’t start eating my burger until I get out of town open it up and what do you know mayo on it! I hate mayo!
The young lady that brought my order was very pleasant no problem there.
Not a happy camper here.
Burger was even made sloppy.
Management is at fault here. It is your job to train your employees how to serve. Last time I looked it’s the customer that keeps you in business going.
Bad reviews don’t help either!

Generally a great place for a happy hour drink and some little snack. Appetizers are where its at. Cheddar bites! cheddar peppers!! chili cheese tots!!! AND the new AMAZING soft pretzel they have that is quite frankly better than any mall pretzel. Wash that down with a cherry limeaid or their awesome new red bull recarcher drink and you’ve given your self a boost to the rest of the day.

Asked to have them do $5 in cash and the rest in card due to only having a certain amount on my card that wasn’t enough for the full total lady told me the card could be ran for the full amount. Then comes back and tells me the card is not authorized (more than likely due to there not being enough on it) asked her to do the 5 in cash and then run the card again she said it wouldn’t work because the card was authorized. I processed to ask to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager and if the card wouldn’t authorize it wasn’t going to work.

Service was terrible this morning, being completely rushed when ordering and half my order was wrong, if your going to rush me at least get my order right. When food was received, it came out wrong and the tortilla on my burrito was stale and cold. I called to let them know and they offered to fix my order when I got to the location I was attended very rudely, as someone who has worked fast food I understand being in a mood during a rush but this was not the customer service that was needed especially when no attitude was given from my part.

5th time I’ve ordered and it’s clear the Sonic staff either cannot hear what you’re saying through the drive through or completely disregard what you’re saying. They misunderstand my orders and when I clearly say “hold on thats not what I wanted” they continue on and leave me out at the drive through unable to complete my order.

I purchased a route 44 Cherry limeade and it had no limes or cherries….. that’s the best part! These workers always seem to be in a bad mood too!
