I usually don’t have a bad experience at this location..Not this time though.. waited 25 minutes for my food.. it clearly says on my receipt what I ordered on my burger and my order is wrong.. mind you I am allergic to mayo and mayo was on my burger I couldn’t eat but I drove 15 minutes to get and paid $17 for my order.. This is an unacceptable experience..

So I went to eat lunch here sunday afternoon. I ordered at 12:27 and 30 minutes later. I finally got my food. I talked to the manager and he apologized profusely, but refused to do anything about the wait. They gave me a phone number to call he did say that they would refund my money. So I called and they put me on hold for about fifteen minutes. They finally came back on the line.And offered me a free chili cheese coney for my inconvenience. Yeah no ty i guess I will just have to be satisfied with a bad review and some cold food. Definitely do not recommend

Ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito with tots, large powerade with no ice and a couple packets of mild salsa. I should of checked my whole meal before leaving because my powerade had ice in it, they gave me the wrong burrito (had onions and peppers in it and im allergic to onions) the tots were smothered with salt also didn’t receive my salsa that I asked for. Instead was given ranch. Will not be returning to this location

No onion rings. Boo. Ordered garlic butter bacon burger, not “half my burger smashed by an angry fist burger.” Large combo light ice. Three quarters cup of ice. Enjoyed the 3 mouthfuls of regular coke even though I ordered a diet. My fries, while delicious, barley peeked over the lower lip of the “large” fry container. C’mon, “frizzy hair bros.” You can do better. Got about a third of my money’s worth.

Went there this morning August 25th. Waited at counter around 20 minutes to get someone to take my order. I was only one at counter. 2 or 3 people in drive thru. I got the impression from the girl who took my order and from cook in back that I was inconveniencing them by being there. All I ordered was ultimate breakfast burrito. I’ve had these before and this one left shaking my head. Cold tortilla wrapped loose enough I kept dropping parts. If this is the type of people you have working there then perhaps you should close up and use it for storage

Where to begin.. eating area was clean so that was good. The chicken strips and onion rings I ordered looked good but ended up tasting burnt as if they cooked in oil that had previously overcooked and burned something prior to my meal. I ate the chicken strips but not the rings, we also had classic strawberry shakes that were pretty much impossible to drink through the straw and was more like stiff vanilla ice cream with random chunks of strawberries. Pretty unimpressed with this location and I don’t think I’ll be going back to this particular Sonic.

Well ordered smash burger which was ok. Not good but ok. fries well done, they were not well done. They were like they put the old fries back and cooked them again. You can tell when you taste the oil. Also ordered med onion rings. They were not prepared well fully cooked. They were in a ball and the inside of the rings were like uncooked pancake mix.. to top it off I moved three times. They had lots of flies where you sit. Was uncomfortable to eat.
