Everything was great… except my burger. It was COMPLETELY wrong. I asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. Very sloppy. I paid extra for bacon also which I didn’t get. Burger came smashed. Very sad about the burger. It COULD HAVE been good. I ate half anyway cause I paid for it.

today “1/13/26 ” i ordered two sandwiches, a wrap and a shake online. i also ordered four corndogs but did not receive them with the order. i only received the sandwiches, wrap and shake. the people working need to pay attention to the orders.

We ordered 2 large and one small onion ring — all three orders were hard as a rock and burnt — also ordered 1 double CB with NO KETCHUP — got home and it was loaded with Ketchup – ordered 1 – #1 CB – WITH NO KETCHUP — Instead we recieved a double smash burger again LOADED with Ketchup — food was ordered at around 6 pm on January 19, 2026 – drove 7 miles home — tried calling all evening (12 times in total) to report this — the phone rang 4 times then gave a busy tone —- how can we contact the McPherson, Kansas SONIC if they don’t answer their phone ???? Please advise !!!!

I wouldn’t even leave one star but unfortunately you have to to leave a review. My husband and I have given this place 2 chances and both times the food was so greasy that it was running off the wrapper when we opened our burgers and the fries salty an understatement. Also so greasy you could not sit them on anything in your vehicle. Yeah never will I waste my money again

I wanted a ultimate meat and cheese burrito. What I got was not what I call meat or ultimate. For over $7!!! Truly truly disappointed with this. I have bought a few other items within the last week and ALL of them were wrong or not what I consider was on the menu. Need work here quickly!

This Sonic location needs help. The food is good fast food, but the service isn’t fast. Waited as long as 30 minutes for an order. Charged me a higher price than the menu said. They close earlier than most Sonic restaurants too.

Sonic is always good, the pretzel is the best, period, and I don’t like pretzels. But… the salted caramel toffee croissant bites…They are the size of a Starburst, and not so salted caramel toffee-ish. You get 4 of these bad boys for $2.00…don’t buy them to share, lol. But Sonic overall is good.

The last two visits I have had were absolutely awful. The customer service is terrible. They wrung my order in wrong, & expected me to pay for the item they made incorrect as-well as the right item. The kid tried to get the manager & she did not have the time as she was too busy standing at a car talking to people. After 30 minutes of trying to get refunded for the wrong item & the kid coming out to my car 4 times trying to figure out what to do I guess the manager decided to help & I was refunded. Today, I placed an online order, checked in. After 20 minutes I pressed the button & asked when my order will be ready. The lady on the other end answered while laughing & was incoherent. I asked her when my order will be ready & she said it’s done you haven’t checked in. My app said when I checked in & what stall I was at. They brought my order out immediately & it was cold. I will NOT be going back to this sonic anytime soon.
