This girl who works there I’m not sure of her name. She has colored hair I believe blue. Shes AMAZING! She definitely needs a raise. Great customer service. They made a mistake and didn’t add one of our ordered but she kept a positive attitude the whole time and ofc we did end up go and picking up what we had ordered. She was the sweetest!

You should tell people that the master shakes have no cheesecake in it but a hell of a lot of strawberries and I couldnt even taste the cheesecake flavoring so please try to do better.

Normally I have a good experience at this location, but on Mother’s Day I sat for 15 minutes waiting to have my order taken. Eventually I waved down someone to see if there was a problem and they explained they had two huge orders that had come through and indicated it would be a while yet before they could prepare any food for me and so unless I wanted to wait around for an hour I likely wanted to check somewhere else. They were very courteous in the conversation, and the massive orders aren’t the employees fault, so don’t want to dock the service too much, but I did have to flag them down and then ultimately go somewhere else due to extreme wait times at a “fast” food joint called “Sonic”

This place needs shut down. The managment acts like entitled children. I have witnessed the entire crew straight up ignore customers blaming the service buttons do not work and that someone stole the cone blocking that stall. Corporate really needs to come in and clean house. They always know when inspection people are coming what they drive what they are wearing and what they are going to order so of course the staff will do as they are supposed to. So corporate needs to be sneaky and get that store under control or shut it down. Ordered nothing because I never got answered at the stall. ONE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ORDER IN THE APP FOR DECENT SERVICE OR EVEN TO BE WAITED ON. DO BETTER OR SHUT DOWN.
I hear a guy named Tim Hamilton gets upset about bad reviews and complaints to corporate. Unfortunately those will continue until something SERIOUS is done about this store.

So tired of going to Sonic when their not busy and then constantly getting our order wrong. The double bacon cheese burger we were supposed to get was a single cheese burger with no bacon on it and they didn’t give us the cream cheese dip for the cinna snacks.

Editing this as I thought i was reviewing the park city sonic which is ok. We started at the Woodlawn store , and if I paid attention to my own reviews, we wouldn’t have. There were 3 cars on the lot. When the car in front of us at the drive thru had the order finally taken, we pulled up. We waited and waited, and after several minutes, we were told they were on a 15 wait to even take our order. I told her we were only wanting 2 drinks, no food, and was told a second time it was for ALL orders. What happened to sonic? They used to be my goto for a burger in a hurry for lunch, and we love the slushes. I’m in agreement because of this store that there should be a way to give less than a one star review…
