So this sonic just loves to close an hour early and don’t understand why whenever they’re the only store supposed to be open at midnight which it usually works out perfect if they would stay open to the time they’re supposed to, but this is the third time I’ve pulled up to the drive-through Intercom and no one reply or they say they are closed. Like just update the time to 11 since they can’t meet the criteria of time to stay open, it makes no sense and is super disappointing and also and whenever they are open, they have shitty attitudes like they hate their jobs, which is understandable but at least fake it. It’s really not that hard Coming from a lot of experience working fast food. I definitely think they need a new staffing for night shift.

Every time I go to sonic on east 47th I ask for extra items such as jalapeños or strawberries in my drink etc… and im always charged for it but the product is never added just charged but not served

Lady taking our order was short and rude and was clearly rushing our order. Asked for light ice in both of my large drinks multiple times and cups were full of ice. Ordered an ultimate burrito, extremely small compared to any other location’s, and cold. Also asked for marinara several times that was not put in the bag. Not the first time at this location to receive poor service. My wife went back to get the marinara and was told they would be right out with it. She sat there for over 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the employees mean mugging her and walking off after she asked as they were passing. Will not return to this location, and will inform our friends of your incompetence.

Dude, this sonic has made me THE BEST strawberry slush time and time again. Idk what they do differently but it never loses its flavoring as I drink it. They can be a bit slow, maybe understaffed, and also going through a remodel right now but I’ll wait a bit long for the 10/10 fantastic taste!

This has to be the slowest sonic I’ve ever been to, it’s not busy when I go yet they take forever just to punch in my order. I don’t know if their speakers can’t pick up my voice but it seems like it takes forever for them to process what I’ve said. It was a pleasant visit. The food was hot and fresh they quickly answer the button when you’re ready to order and apologize if there’s a brief wait the car hops are always friendly and pleasant and quick and helpful and one even noticed i had my dog in the backseat and brought him a handful of little doggy biscuits. My dog loves biscuits and was happy to get some. That really topped the cake for him and me.

Why is it that the regular breakfast burritos here are HALF as filled as you other locations?
The tortilla is the same size, yet you put enough egg and bacon to barely be bigger than the dollar menu McDonald’s burrito.
Granted they still taste good (hence the 2 star and not 1), but spending almost $4 and needing to buy 2 or 3 more to not be hungry isn’t gunna happen here anymore.
