Have never gotten my drinks right. They don’t add the extra things you pay for. They don’t put anything in the ice cream. Might as well go buy a pint of vanilla and call it a day cause your getting less then that here. I guess they just want you to pay extra taxes to their company for things they don’t feel like doing.
Edit: It was 100% wrong, but it doesn’t matter. Would never waste my money here again anyways.

I just got to shake this time and it was pretty good I ordered the Oreo cookie with caramel. At first we were part and push the button and waited like 10 minutes and no response so we had to go through the drive-thru to get the shake.

I don’t frequent sonic often and I’m reminded why I don’t. For the EXPENSIVE price of the mozzarella sticks you would think they be cooked right. Guess again. One of the sticks was completely empty and one was just blah. Get it together. They were almost over cooked. Couldn’t even eat them.

Something as simple as a strawberry slush with real lemon and the orange bopping burst, And I got frozen ice with real strawberries the lemon and the bursters it tasted like water. I’m confused looks like false advertisement or sonic trying to save money but steady taking mine, One manager came out no apologies. Just trying to say that’s the way sonic makes theirs now and tells me that I’ll get my money in 3 to 5 business, I didn’t make any mistakes didn’t even offer to make it right could’ve offered me a different flavor than another manger came out because that manager wouldn’t even give her name, showcased the worst possible customer service, Sonic should be embarrassed that that’s what they call management material, they treated me like I did something wrong. It’s 100° out here and all I wanted was a strawberry slush. Then another manager came out and at least she offered to make it right , I ended up getting a blue coconut slush, but with the unprofessional way that they handled it I’m scared to drink it, The people working on this shift don’t even seem to have the decent mentality to not do something stupid to the drink. I did get so I threw it away after going through all that I would not suggest this sonic at all

Every time I come up here it always takes 20 minutes or longer to order a single item then I get the foot long Coney and they never put enough chili or cheese on it they halfway do it this is coming from a person that used to work at Sonic you got to put a scoop of chili and a handful of cheese they never do it and I got pictures to back it up this is ridiculous I’m paying my money for some that should be good quality and I’m getting cheated and I got three different pictures from three different times that I came and got the Coney’s

I don’t know if it’s just me but recently sonic seems to have gone down hill. Their food just doesn’t taste as good anymore. And usually I don’t have any issues with their ice cream or their drinks but today I ordered a mini Oreo blast with extra Oreos (which they charge you .60$ for) and I have now taken three big bites of my blast and haven’t gotten one Oreo…. So basically I just spent 5$ for a cup of vanilla ice cream… I’m so disappointed. It would just be nice if the employees cared about the fact that I’m spending my hard earned money on this and I just want what I ordered, especially after a long day at work. At least they got my ice tea right though, that was the best thing from the meal and it made everything a little bit sweeter.

Just stopped to grab breakfast there on my way to a conference. The lady who took my order made sure I knew large drinks were $1 right now and was super friendly! Drove for another 10 minutes before I ate my food and it was still hot!
