We’ve had good experiences at this location before, but this past time it was very hard for the person to hear our order, so she kept putting it in wrong. She even came out and took our order curb-side, and still got the order wrong. While we sat and waited for our food, the same thing happened to the car next to us.
Overall, it was friendly service and good food (the parts that were correct), but it was frustrating that one part of our order was incorrect after multiple attempts to let them know it was posted wrong on the screen.

This place is AWESOME! Great burgers at a great price! They’ll make em with whatever fixins you want on em! Plus, the carhops are always friendly, speedy, and efficient. There’s always plenty of stalls to park at, or if you wanna go through the drive thru, that works too. Orders come out pretty quick, even when it gets rockin and rollin at the busy times.

For the second time I had to wait 20 plus minutes for shakes. I went tonight 8/25 at 8:15 and ordered 3 medium shakes at 8:25 it said Kaitlyn was on her way with them. By 8:35 she still hadn’t come I hit the call button and told them we never received are order they By 8:45 they came out with them. They never apologized or said what happened there was only 2 other vehicles in the parking lot.

Order 3:21pm – between 2-4, also used app to order…did not receive 1/2 price drinks as advertised..they did not honor this…I asked girl that brought order out if 1/2 price drinks were no longer a thing…she said IDK…just par for the course these days…

Visit sonic often. Received a text coupon for 99 cent breakfast burritos so I figured I would take advantage of this great deal. Guy taking my order was nice until I mentioned the coupon and sounded bothered and inconvenienced

Ordered a Chili Cheese Tot as my side item, and it was smushed down into the bag like this, now I dont typically receive an item in this condition but it tasted fresh and in my opinion thats what matters more, hence the still high review.
