If you want to get food at sonic in Winfield Ks especially at night keep driving unless you’re desperate!! The food is horrible and the drinks aren’t much better!! They got our burger order wrong then we waited and waited for the manager to come out and we told him our food was wrong he was rude and took our food and was back in less than five minutes it was cold and soggy he just threw another patty on it and never apologized!! And this isn’t the first time my food was bad at Winfield Sonic!! Is sure isn’t the same for sure and for what you have to pay the food should be delicious every time!!! I will never go back unless I absolutely have to!!!

I ordered an ocean water with extra blue coconut. I got a water with blue coconut. Am I wrong, but I thought ocean water was sprite with blue coconut? And it took them like 15 minutes to even give me my “water”. Did I just need to order it differently? I don’t know what the miscommunication was.

This evening service was ABSOLUTELY horrible. I ordered my son a sonic blast, and after 10 minutes the screen said it was on its way. It never made it to our car. I had to push the button again after waiting for another 15 minutes and only to be ignored when I said we hadn’t received our order, the staff didnt say a word! There was only 1 other car there and they were outside of their vehicle, chit chatting with a server. Luckily we hadn’t paid yet because we left and went to Braums who had my sons mixer to him in 2 minutes! Do better Sonic!

Sonic is not what it used to be. I avoid it unless there are no other options. Tots are usually soggy and off tasting. Burgers are usually depressing. It’s not just this location it’s sonic as a whole. Drinks aren’t even as good as they used to be. Keep your expectations low and the disappointment won’t be as painful.

Leaving another review, and will until ya’ll do better! It’s the only place in town to get Coke Zero that I know of. Otherwise I wouldn’t come back. Every single time I come in the afternoons the service is horrible. The kids working are very nice, but if there is an adult running the show, you need to get it together! Again I waited 20 minutes for one beverage. The people next to me arrived before me and they gave up and left without their order. The server was surprised because “usually people let us know so they can get a redund.” There shouldn’t even BE a USUALLY!

2 Combos 1 Lrg Mozzarella stick and 2 Drinks with 2 shakes should not take over an hour to make and bring it out. Im am very displeased with management! Asked to speak to the manager and He kept getting an attitude with me and making excuses and blaming staff! My shakes i got were melted plus wrong! Then processed to hand me COLD FOOD!!!!!! If I know anything about food service. Never hand a Customer COLD FOOD

20 minutes is too long to wait for a beverage. Especially when I order ahead on the app…so that’s 25 minutes. Over and over and over. Terrible. Why are servers bringing out one order at a time? Why are they walking like they’re on death row? Who is running this place? I would be embarrassed if my staff performed like this. I know it’s hard to get good help, but then, manager, you get off your butt and go run orders out and SHOW them how it’s supposed to be done. This is going to make the 2nd time I call in and cancel my order.
