To have to wait for over 15 minutes from time to order before I said anything and almost 7 minutes after the screen said it was on its way that I was able to finally get a bag of ice that the bottom was already melted and a Jr double cheeseburger to finally in all 20 minutes for my order. Carhop blamed they had to cook the meat. Meat doesn’t take that long to cook. And to top if off my cheeseburger tasted like they reheated it in a microwave

It was 8:20pm and there were two workers in the back ignoring all customers who were in their spots trying to order.
Sat there for 15 minutes with the button pressed. Everyone left because no one would take their order.
You can see the two workers hiding in the back. They had their phones and earbuds on.

Ordered 2 blasts and a PB milkshake with bacon. While placing my order the attendant would speak over me. When order was brought to the vehicle I noticed one of the blast had the wrong topping and the attendant came out and remade item with a visible attitude. It was then noticed that the milkshake had a topping in a side container instead of blended into the shake. I asked attendant and he stated that he was very busy and I would have to put it in the shake myself and walked back inside. Pushed the button to try to have issue corrected and no one responded.
This is horrible customer service. $18 for 3/3 items made incorrectly.

They got my husband’s burger wrong and a girl with green hair came out to get the information on the one he ordered…..30 minutes later we still never received the burger! The girl walked past us numerous times but never came back! Was supposed to have a double bacon cheeseburger but instead received a single patty with cheese and a ton of mayo!

I am so tired of the ‘ Sonic’s” here in Newton Kansas.
Tonight I paid 14$ for a number 4 that came burnt to a crisp and looked like someone sat on it. Patty was also way smaller than the Patty’s that come with an adult burger.
Tried calling to speak to mana get. No one ever answers.
I go to sonic probably 4 times a week >s only for shakes. Food is always wring at BOTH LOCATIONS. BUT THIS IS BEYOND QRONG THIS IS DISGUSTING
Oh lord. Went to add condiments and such to try an fix it. So squashed you cant pull burger from the bread . Compared it to my dogs small Patty’s. This was an old child’s burger they added bacon to cause its 930 pm.

I went here specifically to take advantage of the deal buy one smash burger get one free. Unfortunately when they brought me my order I just got one smash burger. I know I redeemed the option for buy one get one free. The Manager said it was the apps fault he couldn’t do anything about this. He gave me the 800#. The Manager should have just made the customer happy and honored the promo.

Good fast service! The tip portion of paying with a card was down and my car hop was very cool and understanding. I did end up finding cash in my car and tipped her. She was grateful! Several stalls were having the same issue so she hadn’t been receiving tips. Remember tips are the base of their checks! Good upbeat attitudes with great food!
