App continues to say “We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.” reinstalled multiple times. Cleared app data and cache. Logged out and back in. Finally decided to go to the store and wait half an hour for the order in person. They wouldn’t honor the price I was getting on the app and said there’s nothing they can do about the price or the app. Seems like a bait and switch scenario.

i dont know why i even pull in to haysvilles sonic they never have gotten food order right, straight off menu board simple and the cannot manage to get it right. im not one to conplain but the opportunity to rate them couldnt have had better timing 15 yrs ,ive always thought maybe just a not so good crew working but my problem has never been the service, its always the wrong food. so double check that order before you pull away.

I was very disappointed when the staff wanted to argue over how I ordered my burger. If Hamburger was an option on the app I would use that. The next burger they brought out was dry and crunchy like it had been on the grill for hours. The sundae had all of the fudge at the bottom with none on top of the ice cream or at the sides. Just a very disappointing day for Sonic.

Had a mobile order at 1:50 checked in see my name on the screen. At 2:00 pressed the red button as I see others are getting their orders before me. Said it would right out 2:15 arrives no drink still had to go through the drive through to get my drink and get told my order must’ve not went through after showing it obviously did I get a watered down cherry limeade and one free drink coupon for waiting over 25 minutes on a medium cherry limeade.

Update 6/11/21.

Figured we’d try again. Nope order is still made wrong. See attached picture. Sonic please please read your review and surveys and make a change!

Update: 9/22/19

Went back against our better judgment because it’s normally fast and cheap. This visit was not fast because I received cold tots and no cheese on my cheeseburger. And had to wait an incredibly long time for someone to answer the red button again. Left extremely dissatisfied.

Update: 3/15/17
I was one of two cars. Pressed the button and waited 5 minutes before I left frustrated. I will not be back.

Summer 2016
I wanted an Oreo shake with the Oreo stuffing funnel. And was told that even though they are advertising it, they don’t have it and won’t have it at all again. I left without ordering anything at all.
