Great staff, quick service, and solid food. Javen was fantastic and worked through a big winter storm to get us polar adventurers our food. He had a smile on his face, a great attitude, and his exemplary service put Sonic at the top of my list for fast food. Sonic in El Dorado is doing something right, with huge credit going to Javen for making it happen. Definitely recommend this location, best in the area!

Had to go to 2 different menu boards to find one that d worked. Ordered and went to pay and the menu board would not accept a card payment. Luckily the carhop had a portable card reader. This store is very poorly maintained on the outside, the menu boards are always broke and don’t work. It makes it hard to trust that my food is being made in a sanitary way when simple maintenance items around the building are never addressed. This store has always had many issues and they never seem to get better.

They gave me a completely melted ice cream, completely like not cold at all just liquid and then refuse to give me a refund. Employee actually yelled at me and got smart and saying he wouldn’t give me a refund. I don’t like to have things remade because I don’t want weird people spitting in my food after making a simple Complaint and with their demeanor, I definitely wouldn’t have had them remade it because those are exactly the type of people that do spit on your food. Eat here at your own risk Thankfully I called corporate and they gave me a refund and reported him. Hopefully he gets fired and hopefully the manager on duty does too..

Good place if you’re in a hurry.
Service was fast, and the food is good, old-fashioned American drive-in diner menu items. Great location for when you’re out shopping or passing through El Dorado. Less than 5 minutes from the hotels, and Shopping centers.

The App and their Google listing says they’re open until 11, but we were turned away at 9 stating “we’re closed”. Won’t waste my time getting off the turnpike to go here again.

I ordered in the app, put an original burger with no tomato or pickle, extra onion and mayo. Got this when I got back to work, it smells horrible and doesn’t taste good as it’s only cheese and bacon on the meat…. The number on the website isn’t the right phone number as I call it and it goes to an old lady not even from el dorado.

I’m giving up on this location. I get what I order correct about 25% of the time. I used to work in service, so I try to be patiemt, but I have reached my limit. The wait times are long, even with an online order. They will mess up a drink if it has more than one add in, then tell you they can’t give a partial refund for add ins, despite messing up the whole drink. It’s waiting 26 minutes for a sandwich, then leaving without it because you ran out of time. I’m not interested in refunds. I just want the food I pay for to be edible and timely.

I DoorDash and many times take a break for a snack here. Everything is cooked fresh and always delicious! I chatted with a manager the other day and he was really nice and cares about his job. All of the staff work hard and are very professional and provide great customer service!
