Andover Middle School recently held our annual Pledge Drive to raise funds for our school. One of the incentives for students was a Sonic drink of their choice delivered to school during lunch. When Sonic heard about our fundraiser, not only did they provide someone in a Sonic drink costume for our kick-off assembly, but the donated all of the incentive drinks for FREE to our students! They also provided us with coupons for students and countless Sonic bling for us to use in our giveaways. We are very grateful for their partnership with our school and look forward to continual support of their business in the future!

I can not believe this location is still open. Me and my daughter have tried to get dessert with them 3 times now and have yet to receive anything. We sat with a blinking light for almost 15 minutes one time and this time we were quickly greeted and asked to wait. No problem. Except the wait was over 5 minutes long and then when we tried to order a hot fudge Sunday we were told it’s going to be another 20 minutes. This location should be shut down if they’re not even going to serve customers. They repeatedly went out front to talk to their table full of teenage friends. Probably 15 kids. Andover is not exactly known for customer service and this is by far the worst customer service in town.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers. Asked for one of them to have mustard instead mayo. Came home to one double cheeseburger and a single cheeseburger with mayo and then mustard squirted on top of mayo. No pickles either. When it arrived I tried to call immediately but for some reason their phone isn’t working. You see if I drove back to have it fixed it would have been a 16mile trip and we all know that no cheeseburger from Sonic in Andover is worth that waste of gas.

I frequent this Sonic been regularly like at least 3X a week. They have forgotten Ranch for the cheddar bites, given me Mozzarella sticks instead of Cheddar Bites, Given me a small (full of ice) when I ordered a Medium drink…no cheese with the Pretzel.

Ordered on the mobile app and nothing came out right. Ordered no cheese and no mayo on my burger and they sent it out dripping in it…sent it back…15 mins later had to check. They never remade it so still waiting…time will tell if I’ll ever get the order but the rest of my order is getting cold in the meantime.
