Dropped in for a Happy Hour Ice Tea. Drive through was quick and friendly…and good tea. Convenient trash barrels keeps the location clean. Staff has clearly worked hard on the displays. The place looks great.

This has got to be the worst hamburger i have ever had. You can tell it comes from a freezer. The fries are never done all the way there, always soggy. My Diet Coke was good, though. It’s weird because the hamburger doesn’t even taste like a hamburger. Defiently won’t be going there anymore.

Food was definitely sub-par. I got a three chicken strip meal. The strips were very sad looking and one was more like a chicken nugget, not a strip. On the bright side they did give me quite a few tots.

I’ve been going to this location for years and up until about three weeks ago everything was wonderful. Lately the food has been cold, my cheese tots have been skimpy on the tots and cheese. We told the person taking the order we wanted a route 44 drink, put medium on the screen, told her that it was supposed to be a route 44 but we were given a medium. I ordered a Garlic Bacon Butter burger and the only thing it had on it was cheese an onion no mayo or bacon. The customer service has been horrible lately too, they always rush me and never ask if I want a pretzel like they’re supposed to.

They are constantly forgetting something you ordered and refuse to give you what u paid for. Most of the time they don’t give you a receipt and you don’t know your missing food til your home, work or at school. It’s a hurry and grab and go they should be able to put your food that you ordered in the bag and check it before delivering it to your car or out the window
