Came in for lunch on Sunday, was thrown off immediately by the sweatshirt the counter worker was wearing. I don’t care what other peoples beliefs are, however I don’t think work is the place to be displaying those, especially offensive and hurtful ones.
While we were ordering I asked a question about a customization I wanted to make on my meal, the counter worker, I believe her name is Audrey, went to ask a cook and rather than immediately coming back to inform us the answer, she started working on something else, totally disregarding us. It took us maybe 15 minutes to finish our order simply because she kept going to do other things. They informed us they did not have pretzel buns available because they had not thawed them out for the day but one of the cooks quite literally showed my husband a pretzel bun.
Overall a bad experience.

Food tastes properly cooked (in fast food terms) and not old. The employee at the register greeted me and asked what I wanted. I was given some suggestions like the new cold brew drink and toffee bites. Tables are cleaned regularly and the lobby is pretty clean.

Could only accept cash! Staff not very friendly, I feel like I’m eating in an automotive repair shop and I don’t know how Sonic stays in business. The food is horrible. The ice cream must be what keeps them afloat. I haven’t visited a Sonic in years, thought I’d give it another chance. I won’t be back ever to any Sonic.

Horrible experience here this evening. Close at 9pm…I was ordering at the counter around 8:20. 5 pc chicken strip combo with lg drink and lg tots. Food WAS NOT FRESH whatsoever. My diet strawberry limeade had barely any strawberries at all. The girl that took my order appeared annoyed that I had the audacity to order food and drink from this Sonic. She put the old lukewarm strips and tots in a bag and TOSSED it up on the counter and said here’s the food…and she grabbed the drink and set it on the counter and walked away.
As a former managing partner of several Sonic locations in Texas and Florida years ago, I was really shocked at the complete disregard of customer service, and serving food that was basically’leftovers’ from the dinner rush, if they even have one at this location.
I am a truck driver and have stopped here numerous times since this truck stop/ convenience store opened a few years ago and have ordered from Sonic, but never again.
Whoever owns this franchise shouldn’t be operating a restaurant. Someone in Oklahoma City (Sonic Corp) needs to address all the bad reviews this location gets and pull their sign down!!!!
Do yourself a favor, and if you’re hungry, don’t stop here for Sonic, go on into Topeka or Junction City and find a decent restaurant.

This place sucks. Every time I give this sonic a chance of hope yall mess it up. 3 different times. YOU ARE A TRUCK STOP. DO BETTER. I have been here when it first opened and it was amazing. Quick service and fresh food. Now its horrible. Like dude why am I waiting in line for food that is over cooked or thats been sitting there. like I know yalls starting pay I’ve seen starting rate on indeed. I paid 30 dollars for a double cheeseburger a cheeseburger and a wacky pack and damn even the kids meals. Yall should be ashamed.

Get here several hours before closing if you don’t want:
A. All menu options because they will start shutting down several hours early.
B. Even actually be open sometimes, yes this has happened.
C. You don’t want a considerable wait because they have already put everything away and have to drag everything back out to prepare your order.
Staff was audibly annoyed through the speaker and visibly annoyed at the window. Order was shoved through the window to my wife once done.
For reference we arrived at 7:45 – 8pm on a Saturday. Close was 10pm.
One positive, Order was received accurately and hot. I would just stick with this location for lunch, daytime, very early evening. Probably 6-7pm at the latest.

My fiance and I went to get food here and sat at the drive thru window for 20 min waiting on our food after ordering and paying and our food came out burnt and gross. No communication on the part from the employees on it taking so long or anything. Was a horrible experience.

No stars went to the counter and was ignored and walked past with zero acknowledgement by 3 separate employees. It wasn’t overly busy. A “just one moment” or any acknowledgement that a person was standing there would have been great. Left without ordering. Garbage service.
