Ordered through the Sonic app for delivery to my work. Got a call from the delivery driver that their slush machine is down so we would need to pick an alternative drink…okay, no problem, we picked a different drink. Food gets delivered and we think there won’t be any issues. What absolutely chapped my rear is that I pull out my “Ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito” (which I ordered without the cheese sauce or egg because they almost never taste good) and see that there is only three crusty tots so dried out that they can only be compared to food that a toddler kicked under the refrigerator only to be found a whole month later, a sprinkle of cheese that looked like remnants swept off of the prep table, and six small pieces of sausage with two pieces of bacon. I paid $5.49 plus tax for something a two year old could have made. Helen Keller could have made a better burrito than this. Absolutely ridiculous and the staff needs to be trained better. Even the Topeka and Independence locations do better than this! What a waste of money.

I saw alot of negative comments and decided to give this place a try.
I ordered the Super Sonic Burrito with tots and French toast sticks. The Burrito was very good and the tots were crispy just how I like them. French toast sticks were hot. Everything was very good. I did have to ask for salsa for the Burrito. Taylor was very friendly, so don’t go by all the negative comments, Try them yourself! I’ll be back!

I waited far too long for a fast food order. The employee was nice and apologetic about the wait at least. But for $10 my chicken sandwich and fries tots were completely unacceptable: they were both burned and stale. Sonic has really gone downhill.

By far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. The service is horrendous, and the food is typically quite lackluster.
My breakfast burritos are often very slim with not many toppings inside (compared to most other locations that have significantly larger burritos) and the burgers are typically made very sloppy with toppings falling off.
The worst part is the service. Every time I’ve come here – typically ordering online ahead of time, and almost always when they aren’t very busy – I’ve still had to wait at least 15 minutes when I get there. When I try to order by pressing the order button, I often wait 10-15 minutes before they even reply. The drive through is just as bad, waiting at least 10 minutes to even order.

Took over 10 minutes to answer the speaker and when questioned about it, they said that they were extremely busy with only two cars in the parking lot mine being one of them. Once that car was gone, they still hadn’t answered my speaker so I called the store and was hung up on. Needless to say, I did not tip and the car hop made a rude comment on her way back inside the building.

I’m all for being kind, understanding. Though I would say the past 10 times I’ve ordered from here they have forgotten the marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks. This time I ordered, same thing. On top of it they tried to hide burnt bacon inside the burger vs having some fresh made. Not here to cry but it doesn’t seem the people at this location care too much about the customers. Employees are very short, seeming to rush you out of the line. One on 95th street we never have these issues with.

Recieved wrong order for a super sonic breakfast burrito. Tried to contact support but they keep disconnecting then exetnding wait time from 10minute to 45min then disconnecting and never get ahold of anyone.

Don’t plan on going here unless you have an infinite amount of time. Waited 10 min at a stall with no answer so went through the DT and when I asked why it took so long they said some stalls were broke. Then mark them. Also they were not busy at all. Sonic has gone down hill over the years. Very disappointed…

I ordered takeaway and have never had an issue with this sonic until today. They just straight up didn’t give me tater tots. Didn’t notice till I got home but I guess that’s a lesson for me to check the. Bag in the future. Disappointed

I think sonic is going downhill. Anymore when I try ordering it’s some person who clearly doesn’t want to be there, and it shows. Food is getting to sloppy, they must only hire lazy people
