During my recent visit to Sonic, I had a decent experience. I was disappointed to find out that they were out of the seasonal/limited item that I wanted to try. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did not have any other items to suggest, but I appreciated their courteousness nonetheless.

This is the slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to, and they always mess up the order. I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve left, because I’ve sat there for 7+ minutes with no one taking my order – this is both at the drive thru and speaker box. I keep trying to give them another chance, but I have to make sure to have at least 45-minutes free to go to this location. At that rate, I’ll go to a sit down restaurant that won’t mess up my order. Owner should be ashamed of themself. Hire people!

Waited 10 minutes to order after pressing the red button… nobody took my order. Then pulled to the drive thru (where 2 cars had already pulled up to the pick up window.) Girl on the intercom comes on and says Sorry we’re currently closed.. yet there were several other cars waiting at kiosks to get their order or had already ordered. This is a terrible location and very badly staffed.

One of the worst experiences I have had to date with a fast food restaurant. My car hop was the most rude and unprofessional young lady. She made me feel absolutely horrible about ordering 7 cheese burgers, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for ordering so many.

Waited 5-10 mins to order, 15 mins to get food when nobody else was around. Received smaller sizes of food than ordered, had to wait several more mins to get the sauces we ordered after asking again. Pick another sonic.

I’ve been there twice and the cherry limeades taste gross. They got me new ones both times, but they still tasted flat and gross. I’ll probably drive to oak park mall Sonic in the future or maybe make my own.

Ordered a limeade with an extra lime and cherry limeade with an extra cherry – received no limes or cherries, the cherry slush we ordered was liquid. Cheddar Peppers were either over fried or fried 2x. No receipt was given. For 20 bucks it’s a ripoff. They’ve cured my want for any of their summertime drinks and their cheddar Peppers.
