Horrible. DO NOT GO. Every time I go my burger is soaked with mayonnaise. From the inside out somehow. And when I asked for a recharge AND a red bull, the lady even confirmed, “did you want a red bull can or extra in the drink”. I said I wanted the can. Didn’t get a can, but was told they put extra in my drink. Then why did it taste so watery? I got charged extra for nothing. Don’t go. There’s another one way better just down the street. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Went a 4th time and it was awful. I swear this place only hires people who lost ebt. Very toxic atmosphere

Surprisingly the food has gotten better, i stopped going to Sonic awhile back because the food quality was awful, they have changed some things now its much better. Service wasn’t bad but the guy had to go back because he forgot part of my order. Overall though given the food is better im willing to give them another try.

I ordered sonic double smasher combo and was given burnt overcooked fries I ordered drink no ice drink was full of ice and the burger with bacon had two half pieces of limp bacon for $15 including $3 tip

I seldom eat fast food however, when I do this particular Sonic is on my work route so it’s convenient. Everytime I’ve stopped Carla the daytime carhop is and has always exceeded my expectations. Carla’s customer service and communication is 5 stars. Thank you Carla!

Wow never had a worse experience at a Sonic, avoid this location if at all possible. Pretty much all the food was gross, some barely tolerable but the cherry on top was all the grease at the bottom of the sauced popcorn chicken and the fact that a Large drink was basically filled to the brim with ice. Would have gave 2 or 3 stars if they had the decency to include some napkins and not forget the sauce we asked for but couldn’t even do that. Highly recommend going for the locations on State Ave. instead. Much better service

My grandma ordered a cheeseburger on 2/24/25 they gave us a bun and cheese no meat in the burger, she calls to get another one and management says she’s not getting another one as the workers says “you have to make things right” management didn’t care and told my 75 year old grandma she’s isn’t getting one
