Went here for lunch today. I got a onion rings, new toffe carmel pastry and chicken bites. Everything was good except the chicken bites I was very disappointed in. I only got 5 chicken bites in my order 2 of which were very tiny. They normally would have cost me 4.99 but I had a deal so they ended up being free. I would have really been upset if I paid 4.99 for those. I hope this isn’t what I should expect if I bought these. I dont think I will be ever buying them considered that thats what I got. Everything else was good and the service was very fast.

I ordered online and they made me go inside to get my food. It was so weird the point of ordering something like sonic is to stay in the car. Also they forgot my straw but it’s fine I don’t need one because “save the turtles” and whatnot

I pulled into the Sonic in Spring Hill like a man on a noble quest for tots and cherry limeade. The carhop skated (okay, walked) to my car with such determination you’d think she was delivering a newborn baby. My mozzarella sticks were hotter than the surface of the sun, which is either a blessing or curse—still deciding.
The drinks? Immaculate. Sonic could probably solve international conflicts if they just handed out Route 44 slushes at the border. The tots? A little too crunchy, but honestly, I respect the commitment. It felt like they were daring my teeth to be stronger.
I did, however, have a brief existential crisis when the intercom person said, “Is that all for you today?” Like… is it? Is it really all for me today? Thanks for making me question my life, Sonic.
All in all, 10/10 would awkwardly fumble with my debit card here again.

Just went and ordered desserts and drinks. TREY served and made our blasts. They are the most beautiful blasts I’ve ever seen. We didn’t get to see the blasts until he had walked away but we were very impressed!

Waited 15 mins to order and was still never helped. Come on guys. It should be a quick stop not a 30 min deal to get 4 drinks

I’ve gotten things from here in the past and it was okay, but it has gone down hill. You know it’s bad when they mess up their mobile orders because they didn’t even have to talk to the customer. In today’s instance, I ordered the Southwest wrap and ended up with a bacon ranch queso wrap. Which wouldn’t be a big deal if it weren’t for the fact that I can’t eat bacon, and so that ruined what was supposed to be my quick grab and go as I was on my way to work.

Messed up part of my order. Burgers taste weird. Won’t be back. Nothing to eat in this town.

Incompetent staff that doesn’t understand English and the difference between a cookie dough blast and an Oreo. Dude had to change my order on screen about 7 times on his own and I still had to tell him it was wrong. When we got it right he read it to me and still managed to bring the wrong shake and blast. If I could give negative reviews I would with no hesitation.

Update edit: The “owner” responded with an apology and suggested I escalate my complaint to the *franchise owner* and then provided a phone number and a NON-WORKING LINK. How many owners are there??? You know what? YOU send my complaint up the chain. That’s your job, not mine. It’s YOUR business that’s failing and it’s not my job to do any more than I’ve done.
Two burger meals, ordered with cheese, got no cheese. The buns were stale, the meat was disgusting and the whole $21 mess was too damned SALTY. Never again, Sonic. You’re way too inconsistent a waste of money. The dogs thought it was edible though.
