Everything is broken at this sonic. All the order screens, the entrance signs, the exit signs. The staff is rude. I ordered a diet cherry limeade and got a lecture on how there is nothing diet about a diet cherry limeade how its full of sugar. I then had to explain to the worker if it’s sprite zero and diet cherry syrup it should have no sugar. He then complained I parked in the wrong stall. Which if they would fix their screens it would say what stall you were in… the food is decent it’s fast food but not worth being yelled at by the guy that works there.

My hamburger had so much mayo on it I couldn’t pick it up, very little lettuce and the lettuce was wilted and brown. Threw most of it away. The onion rings over cooked. Very disappointed. Won’t be back.

Update: Last night’s experience was better, but still room for improvement. The order screen wasn’t working, and sound was spotty. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The blasts were good, the burger and tots were good, the BLT Toaster was disappointing. Mostly bread, with shredded lettuce, 2 tiny tomato slices and perhaps one full slice of bacon torn in half. The carhop had to run our card inside since the screen wasn’t working.

Sonic is usually consistent with speed, food, drinks and service. Yesterday was the worst experience we’ve had. Approximately 3 minutes from the time we pushed the button until our order was taken. About 10 minute wait for our order (2 blasts) to come out. Unfortunately, my blast had not been mixed at all. I drove away, and then discovered the issue so made a loop and came back. I pushed the button and waited, and waited, and waited. Pushed the button again and waited some more. If you know this area, I saw a man leaving Sunflower apartments walk all the way to Burger King and back while I waited. No lie. Finally gave up and went home.

After being told by a group of rude McDonald’s employees that the place was closed, I drove on over to Sonic this morning. My order was made promptly and correctly and the gal that brought it out could tell I was having a rough morning and was very kind, professional and friendly. My food was hot and better than anything I would’ve gotten at McDonald’s anyway.Thanks for making my morning better Sonic! Your wonderful staff just got my business over the Not-so Golden Arches.

I ordered a sonic hamburger with mayonnaise no cheese, I received tons of ketchup with a lot of onions on my hamburger with no mayonnaise.
As I waited for my order, I could hear to ladies arguing and cussing, as well as using the Lord’s name in vain. It sounded like they were not happy with whatever situation was going on in there, and I really wanted to just leave instead of waiting on my food, but I had I already paid $14 And as I drove away, getting close to home, realized my order was wrong, but I didn’t wanna go back and deal with that situation

Just today I received my order at pickup from ordering on the Sonic app. My double hamburger, a great limited time deal I ordered with customization choices, was wrong. Has happened before, never serious, but this time I actually called the manager. He responded courteously & re-made my order plus gave me a complimentary chip for a free drink for next time. Thank you for: your courtesy, your very realistic solution, & your busy attention at NOON! It matters.
