Ordered Hot Fudge Sundaes, 2 of them. The person taking the order got confused about how many. We said 2 three times. Once the sundaes came out the ice cream was melted and the hot fudge was just on top. They were pathetic hot fudge sundaes.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a burger plain with cheese only. Got home it had all the toppings. I drove back up and asked them to fix my burger. Plain with cheese only. The lady argued with me and said I didn’t order it that way. I said yes I did and I repeated it too. Can you please make me a new burger. She finally agrees. She brings me my burger and it still smelt of mustard so I asked if she just wiped it off and brought it back. She denied it. I know she did. I could see and smell it. So I asked for my money back at this point. She said no. My boss told me no. I called them and they said no. In disputing the charges tomorrow at my bank and ended up going to Taco Bell next door. Taco Bell said they get these complaints all the time.

When someone orders food they should get what they ordered. This lady took my money, I got no food and the biggest attitude. She was in a hurry to close and didn’t want to serve me is bottom line.

The app has really gone down hill. Food is very over priced and low quality. The staff may need some training on customer service. Make sure to double check your order or you won’t be able to get them to resolve any issues.

It’s hard to give an underwhelming review. Especially when it’s fast food. I mean, what do you expect, right? The crux of it was just how little a priority cleanliness was outside where your customer is. We had a group there and we sat outside. The tables were a bit grimey and the area wasn’t well kept. The surrounding area is nice, so there’s that, but maybe we just hit it at a bad time. Could be better tomorrow.

Food was okay. I somehow think Sonic’s ice cream has reduced in quality though, over the years. It’s hard to see that. I hope it’s just me because I do enjoy blizzards. But the edge has come off the product.

Service was on the fence. I like erroring on the generous side, but this is how the visit began, so you be the judge.

From there it was just some impatience, brevity, and inconsiderateness. I’m not trying to be too hard. It could have been really bad. And it’s fast food. You need to appreciate people that do it. Not everyone has customer service skills and this is where you develop it. The carhop was pleasant and someone waved to us as we left. That was nice. Probably some good young people working there, meaning well. There was nothing to get bent out of shape over, and we just enjoyed our time there regardless.

I think maybe it was just an underwhelming evening. They probably do fine otherwise. Although the customer service skills and cleanliness need work. Hopefully this will be an opportunity to improve some, but if not, I’d still consider coming back, just because of my expectations, but being fair I might try somewhere else first.

This Sonic has improved drastically in terms of customer service and the quality of food and drinks. I had given up on this Sonic a long time ago but I started seeing cars there again. I decided to give it another go and was pleasantly surprised. Now I have been a handful of times and everything has been great aside from not getting my sauces I asked for! I will keep coming by.

The food is not really hot when you get it from the drive through, that’s a bummer. The employees are mostly nice, but they rarely get the order right at this location, and that’s frustrating. A lot of teenagers work here and they’re more interested in socializing than working. Since it’s not a digital screen at the speaker, they need to do a better job clarifying the order by reading it back and confirming. Prices are so high right now -I want to receive everything I paid for in my order.

For me, they’re various expectations for various places. The cheap fast food chains can still get a 5 based on what they do and whether they do it well. Where as a higher end restaurant to me has a different scale. Sonic was doing buy one get one free foot long chili cheese coneys. They do it very well. It’s a great flavor, it’s exactly what we want and the price was right. It was hot and fresh and the service was good.

The food quality is always poor, seldom are orders correct. Service is inadequate and slow. I regret giving this location money every time I give it a chance.

The staff is great, but it seems like they pre-cook their items instead of cooking them to order. I know it saves them a few minutes by having some mozzarella sticks premade, but soggy and squishy fried food is gross. I would recommend going back to cooking to order rather than trying to get ahead. I know I and my family/friends would rather wait an extra ten minutes for a fresh order than get old food sent out in three to five minutes.
