Attempted to order a slush. Waited about 10 minutes- when I pushed the button to ask about it. They never took it in the first place. Then couldn’t ring up a lemon strawberry slush. Initially brought me the wrong order, then waited again for the slush. The whole interaction was over 20 minutes for a 5 dollar slush. Super disappointing. Sonic isn’t what it used to be.

They are using super nice. especially kassi but the manager joel has a big attitude when i told him they made my drink wrong after i put light ice in my drink on the app. i told him it was wrong and he said “that is how i always make it” in a very disrespectful tone. i am very disappointed in the manager.

Made a mobile order for this location. When I picked it up, I noticed I was missing an order of tots and a shake. No big deal it’s whatever, so I hit the button and let them know. This chick decided to get an attitude and literally argue with me about these 2 items being missing. Finally she agreed to have them sent out. When I got the stuff, they brought the shake and not the tots. So again I gotta hit the button and deal with more attitude. If you hate your job so much, go find a different one.

The food here was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The service here was the best and also the fastest service I have ever had from a Sonic in years. The atmosphere was good a Sonic drive through experience. The parking lot and ordering stall were very clean, and the trash cans were not overflowing. This Sonic location looks like the owner and employees care. we will definitely be back to this Sonic.

I get the unsweetened Route 44 tea and over 50% of the time the tea is not freshly brewed. The cups are much more flimsy and the lids pop off very easy.

Ordered through the app. It worked great! The chili cheese dog was delicious! The popcorn chicken was horrible. Tiny little bites of dry, hardened breading with little actual meat. They forgot to include the dipping sauce as well. Not a good foodie experience. 🙁

Can’t believe they handed us this 20-minute-old ice cream cone with a straight face. Completely melted, it was definitely made before we ordered. Didn’t even give us a single napkin, even though it was dripping all over the carhops hand! They simply don’t care here. Big L.
