Normally pretty good food but today I placed a mobile order entered wrong pickup time was directed to call store called 10 times no answer got to the store nobody in parking lot asked carhop to remake food she took it back inside and brought this out 2 minutes later I’m sure it was the same food

Dont eat here if you have any value for the health of you or your family. I ordered a wacky pack for my 3 year old son and the burger was soaked with the grease and drippings from a disgusting grill. Black ash and foul smelling grease dripping off the whole thing. How a person can knowingly serve that in a kids meal is beyond me. If these people cant recognize sub standard or unsafe products for kids then they should not be serving food.

Don’t know what the problem is, but rarely get a correct order at the Sonic in Louisburg. Also, can’t tell if they charge us adding lettuce, but I have yet to get added lettuce to any of my sandwiches when I order it. I go to Paola about 9pm 2 to 3 times a week and never have a problem. Groovy fries are always cold – I keep saying I’m never going back, but I always do. Louisburg has such few quick choices.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner, again – not busy. No answer at the booth, phone line busy, no service. Best advice…go somewhere else or, who knows, you might get lucky and get the best service this Sonic has to offer.

Typical Louisburg Sonic, not capable of adding bacon to a bacon cheeseburger. Its not rocket science. Its been hit/miss whether you get the correct order for over 2 yrs. Owner/mgmt should be embarrassed at the product. This used to be an award winning Sonic many years ago but that ship has sailed
