They always make my breakfast burrito amazing! I always go to South sonic because everytime I go to North side I ethier get a hair in my burrito or not all of the ingredients in my burrito. I order a normal ultimate breakfast burrito. Idk if Julie was the in just on register or the person that also made my burrito but ethier way it was amazing!

When I got home and opened my burger, to my surprise, my double Smasher was a bunch of chopped up pieces of what was once a patty just piled on a bun with melted cheese on top. Very disappointing.

I want to recognize Kelsey.
We stopped by the other day and the young lady taking our order over the intercom was having a hard time hearing me. After repeating my order several times, I told her to cancel my order. She responded over the intercom “I’m coming out there”. She ran from the building to our vehicle, apologized and took our order.
When she came out with our food, one of the items was incorrect. She apologized and ran back inside, returning a minute later with the corrected food.
I want to say how much I appreciate the exceptional customer by this employee. She went above and beyond.

The service was odd and the food was by far the worst fast food I’ve ever had in my life. The younger lady that brought out the food was okay and as expected. However, the guy taking the order appeared confused or something. The speaker stopped working while ordering and the employee came out and just stared at us awkwardly. I thought getting French fries would be a safe bet for a late night snack but they were horrible and hard. We didn’t finish our food. The atmosphere was nice and there was a little playground you don’t see too often at Sonics.

The person taking orders seemed to have real difficulties hearing me, and I am not a quiet person. They shorted us one burger so one person in my family got PB&J when I got home. Those burgers aren’t cheap either. The chili cheese tots were a half empty, smashed tray. They didn’t even bother answering when I called them. Probably realized they are doing such a poor job that any phone calls would be bad.

Ordered some mozzarella sticks, a pretzel, and a corn dog. Incredibly rude customer service while ordering through the BROKEN screen at the playground. The food that was delivered was cold, hard, and quite frankly it was the worst “soft” pretzel I’ve ever had. It’s in quotation because the pretzel was old enough to have the consistency of stale cardboard. Also playground trash was overflowing. Bottom of the barrel Sonic experience.
