Absolutely appalling. Sophie does an amazing job and always has a smile. But I missed her for a few days. Got to see her again. She got sick being in the cold. Asked where her jacket was.

I ordered online. I chose the grilled cheeseburger. The bread was not ‘Texas Toast,’ rather sandwich bread. The burger was way well done/dry. The pictures do not match. The service was excellent. The food… most likely choose a different place.

I gave this 3 stars. The servers and cooks are great here but it looks like the management/owners don’t take care of their people at all. Totally Disappointing to see girls out in the cold with nothing on and nothing provided for them by the company.

This sonic has been absolutely terrible for months now. Ridiculous wait times, disgusting limeaids, screwed up orders, the whole deal. Against my better judgement after a 12 hour shift I decided a chicken sandwich sounded good, so I decided to give them another shot. Well, this is the mess I paid over $10 for. A drop of lettuce, a burnt piece of chicken, and 7 pickles. Not sure what’s going on but I wish it would change considering they’re one of two fast food joints in town.

Love the app. All day 1/2 price drinks. They still put way to much ice in the drinks. Happy I said extra easy ice. I wish when they put on the screen order is headed your way it was true. I think they are just making making themselves look better for getting orders out in a timely manner. If you order on the App at 0605, it’s a 18min wait after you arrive for a breakfast sandwich. I was notified order on the way….. no order….waited another 4 minutes and pushed the button. They did not come to work until 6. So it takes time to heat up the grill. Had I known they were late that made me late I never would have ordered.

I am so disappointed ! First I ordered the chicken strip basket…tater tots were slightly warm and the onion ring was so old grease tasting and cold . My other grandson ordered a quarter pound double cheeseburger that the cheese was just sitting on the all but cold patties. Tater tots were cool. I pushed that I was paying cash button and the car hop conveniently came without enough change. Even if they tried I will not go back . Money is hard earned and fast food is expensive. It’s ashamed they treat their customers bad, like our business doesn’t matter. So , so , so disappointed. I had to stop and get a pizza for the grandkids as you see the box in the picture. FYI the thin dark toast in the picture is suppose to be the texas toastThe only good thing was the drinks. Did I mention the phone goes straight to a full voice mailbox ???!!!

We waited 45 minutes for 4 food items, and they were in pretty sad condition when they got to us. This is not the first time we have had to wait a very long time for our order, but it was by far the worst.

Sonic is racing to the bottom for quite some time and I think they finally made it there LOL order the supersonic double cheeseburger. It was terrible. Ordered a large order of onion rings and disappointed how many you get for 6 dollars. I do like their new fries but other than that not worth eating at Sonic anymore. Way overpriced. On top of being overpriced then the CarHop has her hand out for a tip and complains when you ask for salt or ketchup

13DEC24- 5 stars- got me in and out in 5 minutes and I got two breakfast burritos and used a bogo coupon. Much faster than trying the one in Lawrence by Target who didn’t respond to the button for 15 minutes so I left that location. Don’t go to that location in Lawrence. Good job Baldwin!
