Well food i got was tasty and nice and hit but the order was half wrong. Completely wrong drink was given, dr pep instead of the custom ocean water i ordered and paid extra for ofc. And on my burger i had two bottom buns lol not a huge deal more funny

I like Sonic and the new smashburgers are a hit!
We love them. We ordered the pretzel bun smashburger with bacon…. so good!
The new fries are good, but I liked Sonic fries before too. My wife loves the tator-tots and Sonic onion rings are also a treat.
We like the new burgers but also hope the classic super Sonic burger doesn’t go away. Chili cheese dogs are good… no complaints.
I do recommend this location and the smashburger!

I ordered through the app, two combo meals. The server who brought the food brought a bag of mozzarella sticks (didn’t order them) and then proceeded to take 15 minutes before someone finally gave me the time to tell them my order was wrong. They treated me very rudely, like I was the problem for getting the wrong order. They were very short and dismissive of the extra hour I had to spend waiting for my food. I called and the cook picked up, who was the only person who seemed apologetic in any way, so props to her for that. But the carhops were extremely disrespectful, given that they mixed up the receipts and made the mistake. Normally, I’d let stuff like this slide because people make mistakes. What’s not okay is to make the customer feel responsible for the stores mess up. Wildly unprofessional and should be immediately addressed by management.

We ordered an ocean water and a strawberry limeade. Both came out and the ocean water was just clearly a different drink, it wasn’t carbonated. The strawberry limeade was also clearly something else, so we talked to an employee. She had new drinks brought out after confirming what they were supposed to be and the new ones were both made incorrectly in the same way.

Never had one order be anywhere near timely. Always waited at least 20 minutes for something simple as two drinks and that’s on a good day. I don’t know if they’re critically understaffed or just not given any form of time keeping devices but this is wildly out of place for any Sonic experience.

This is one of the most disappointing experiences I have had here. I got frito pies and a frito pie wrap along with an order of the groovy fries for the family today. First thing that happened was they brought out the wrong food and the server seemed a little upset with me when I said I checked to see if it was the right order due to it being similar but it wasn’t my order. I then waited an additional 20 minutes for my food just for it to be soggy. I paid $4.49 for the large frito pie and $3.19 for the small. The small has less frito pie than the burrito that is $1.69. Now this is the first time they have decided to just line the bottom of the container like this and with the experience I already have I am upset with today’s visit. I am emailing the complaint as well as I have been her before to get the frito pie and it’s always filled half full if not more. My child told me “the wraps good but the chips are squishy”. I will be avoiding this sonic and going the extra mile to a different one so I can get good food.

At Sonic, we only ordered 4 drinks and we’ve sat for 45 minutes. When I asked about it they answered and said they were no longer taking any orders. They didn’t look that busy and had I not already paid, I would have left.

We wash laundry around the corner from this sonic and have tried eating here a couple time. This was very disappointing. I order a Regular Chili Cheese Frito wrap and it came out super tiny with stale frito chips on it. I have a picture for comparison. The Mozzarella Cheese Sticks were luke-warm. I also order a Baja Crispy Chicken Wrap and it was cold with stale chicken. My husband said his food was pretty gross too. I am sad because the carhops seem nice, but the quality of the food was not comparable with the service. For paying almost $40 for drinks and food plus tip, we will probably go elsewhere in the future to make sure we don’t waste our money.

Person taking my order was rude, took almost an hour to make 2 burgers, smasher came with no condiments or sauce literally just meat and cheese, onion rings were like half cooked, carhop gave attitude when I asked to fix the smasher then took another 20 minutes to make it. If it was just one or a few of any of these things I wouldn’t leave a review but like dang cmon now. Overall bad experience.

Customer service was good however when you have 2 toddlers trying their hardest to take a bite of their corn dogs so you try it to see what’s wrong well I think these have sat there since last week! I’d be super embarrassed to send food out to anyone looking like this or being this old I guess they thought we wouldn’t know since it’s for the kids …..
