Three days ago I ordered and picked up at this location. I LOVE the Reeses Blast! I’ve ordered it several times before. This particular day that shake was spoiled/rotten. There was an odd taste to it. When I was mostly eating the peanut butter cup pieces, I could tell something was off. When I dug into the ice cream, it tasted bad. When I got to my friend’s house, I scooped up the middle of the ice cream which had not melted yet. The photos I uploaded show some bubbles and the ice cream separating….like spoiled (look around the middle area). I called the phone numbers on the receipts, non-working numbers. I’ve called the number on the internet, no one answers. I don’t go by there anymore and I’ve not had an opportunity to do so. They should still have a working number.

I usually order off the app but since all of my credit cards currently in the app were expired I used the speaker. My order was simple with additional sauces, three of them which you are allowed up to three in the app free of charge. I noticed the charge was more and when I got my items they forgot the sauces. I’d asked for my receipt and when I was handed my receipt I noticed they charged me for the sauces however I find it ironic they charged me for them but they didn’t even give them to me, I had to ask for them again. They need to get it together either they’re going to charge for them or not. My hamburger was also on its side and the tater tots were upside down. Nothing about the service or my order went well.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s a rather nice Sonic Drive-In, compared to my experiences working in and out of them during early adulthood. The employees are nice, do their job efficiently, and the food is above the average quality I tend to experience.

Ordered a cherry limeade, screen said payment went through but when the guy came out he said it didn’t. When I went to get my card for him to run it again he said “I’m not arguing with you over it just take it then” and walked away muttering. Wasn’t even a limeade it was a Sprite

Ordered 2 foot long coneys, they were cold, didnt get my pretzel and cheese , and ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake with hot fudge and oreos added and just got the strawberry cheesecake shake..called them and they said they know for a fact it was made and sent out and I could take thier word for it because he was the manager at the business and would not fix the mistake…will not online order from here again

We were the only ones at this location this morning. Food came out cold. If I could give less than a star for service I would. Girl with the name tag Taylor came out and shoved the food at me and didn’t say a word. I said thank you, she huffed and walked away. Cold burrito cold service. I get a bad day but let’s not make it everyone’s problem.

Yet again I had to end up using this location only to learn it still hasn’t changed! Super SUPER slow! Been waiting 30 min and I ordered before I got here!!! Update about to hit 45 min. And i even pushed the button to ask, they say yes coming right out! I bet it’s not! FINAL UPDATE 52 min!!! So done with this! They won’t refund you if you order on the app so you have to wait

Our sonic hop girl was wonderful. Shakes and iced coffee did not disappoint but… The onion rings were more like burned mush and crumbs left from the bottom of the bag. Had to throw majority away after cutting the roof of my mouth on one. Couldn’t believe an employee would actually serve this. Very disappointed. Can you tell those are even onion rings?!

Spent $21.00 for a messed up order & cold food on a Saturday (August 30th) at 12:15…you would think the food would’ve been HOT!! and FRESH during lunchtime. Reason I was given for a messed up order was that Stall 15 speaker was malfunctioning. Would suggest putting an out of order sign on it. Cold food? No excuse, just poor performance for a restaurant that CAN do better.. maybe it’s time for some up to date training. Very disappointing lunch. DO BETTER!!!
