Update: 12/27/24 I placed an order for two ultimate meat and cheese buritos. Both came out soaked in old dark grease and both orders were wrong. It is very apparent this order was made hours ago. Sonic offered me a free cheeseburger with my next purchase. Why should I have to make a purchase in order to get my order corrected? I don’t want to place make another purchase which would cost me more just to get a coupon cheeseburger which costs way less than two of the ultimate meat and cheese burritos I ordered. Never again. I also will be forwarding this to the health department.
Sadly, this Sonic is a poor excuse and example of what a Sonic should be. Half of the time the food is wrong, greasy, burnt or the order incomplete. The carhops are for the most part rude and the signs where you place your order or pull in to to confirm on the app are not working. I have filled out surveys requesting to be contacted but apparently this Sonics owner could care less.
I tried sonic again. Sad mistake. Food is all burnt. Avoid tge Willard location.

Ordered the Super Sonic burrito, came out with a whole egg instead of scrambled eggs. Asked to have it remade, came back out with the eggs chopped up and then they added diced tomatoes after me taking off the sliced tomatoes smh. Absolutely worst burrito ever and I ended up just throwing it away. The first time I ever ordered this item, it was exactly as pictured and was delicious. So I’m guessing whoever was making the burrito that morning, just didn’t care. Thanks for taking my money Sonic.

By far the worst sonic I’ve ever experienced. Sad when there isn’t much to eat in this town. Drinks and food aren’t even edible. Waste of money when you have to find something somewhere else to drink and eat. Even when you get them to fix the mistakes they still aren’t right. Why does this franchise get away with it?! Management should do better.

This has got to be the worst sonic i have ever had it is always disappointing the management must not care about the food or the people they serve. The fries are always so greasy ive worked in food service one and i can tell for certain they do not change the oil often!!! Its insane for the dam cost of the food. I ordered a three piece tender meal and this is what I got. Three tiny tenders barely bigger than a chicken nugget that are also over cooked. With the price of food here this is absolutely unacceptable. We will never be eating here again.

Went here for lunch only to wait almost 45 minutes to find out they never made my food. After communicating about 30 mark. They said they are getting it ready. I left without my food and wasted almost 45 minutes for a coney dog

Don’t eat here. I’ve been twice now. The first time we ordered two different items with bacon. There was a miserable amount of bacon and every single piece was burnt black. I just got home today and had ordered tomato on my sandwich. I think I’ve seen silver dollars bigger than the pathetic excuse for tomato they put on BOTH sandwiches. As others reviews have said the service itself is good but slower than molasses in a blizzard. I won’t be back. This kind of thing isn’t an accident. They intentionally served me burnt food on 2 different items in the same order. They’d rather serve a quart slice of tomato and burnt bacon than risk the GM losing their food cost bonus. Go eat across the street at Apple Mart or down the road at Taco Bell because you’re going to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich and get served what other stores would put in the trash.

Some places are hit or miss but Willard sonic just misses. I’m not even sure they know where the target is.
The food is always cold, mostly because you wait nearly 30 minutes after you order to get it. The fries/tots taste like they’ve been soaked in cold oil that hasn’t been changed since they launched the location. No offense to the staff but they’re all kids who don’t seem to care or take pride which I’m sure is caused from poor management. It’s a shame for a small town to have a great chain like sonic, only to have it taste like garbage.

I ordered a large mozzarella sticks and they tasted good but once I ate a few of them the started to taste more and more like cleaner I thought it was just an accident from them cleaning up the counters but the redbull rechargers are to die for I get the dragonfruit recharger and it’s always so good but I might not get the mozzarella sticks anymore after how they tasted tonight
