My burger was all wrong an they some how managed to only give me small burnt chewy fries in a large fries holder an my wife’s burger was all sloppy like it been dropped but they managed to fill her medium fry up with plenty of fresh frys thanks for the awful experience

I usually love sonic, for the shakes and drinks. Today I decided to get the Sauced Honey BBQ chicken. My friend used to order it so I know what it looked like. Well what I got was what looked like some popcorn chicken with a little sauce thrown on it. If that’s what I wanted I would have ordered the regular popcorn chicken with the side of sauce and dumped it on there.

I spent 23.00 tonite and the food was horrible. The smash burger didn’t have much sauce on it. The tots was cold and old tasting . The chicken tenders was like jerky. This is the first bad experience we have ever had .We eat there a lot. And the food is always hot and delicious. Must’ve had a different cook or something. Not happy at all.

We had to wait out in the heat.We ordered a diet coke and a coke.They brought us a coke and a doctor pepper plus when their machines don’t work.Which they often, don’t they have to take the card in to pay for it.And they often take out money for a tip.Even if we didn’t want to give them a tip.

I don’t suggest getting a BLT. There’s nothing to it, hardly any lettuce or mayo. Huge disappointment!!!

I never had access to a Sonic until recently. I really like this place. Drive up to a terminal and place your order. Then they bring it to you. No more hanging out at the order desk waiting for your food. And the absolute best part of eating at Sonic? THEY HAVE TOTS!! Good food, fast service, employees who know what they’re doing and are friendly, and you don’t have to get out of your vehicle. Give ’em a shot (and try the tots!).
